My daughter does ur nail salon joke- just the same as u, we had a thai exchange student last yr, so she did the 1 nail story for him-OMG HE was like " she do so well" just like the salons!! She cracks me up- then i show him the cartoon version, he said OMG sis sound just like her, she do good job!!!. Lol love my thai boy!.. And of course u for making my daughter do impressions!!..

Hi Angela, I suffered with anxiety too... but once I accepted it as a normal part of my life because it is an emotion and emotions are normal, right? I also realized that our body goes through hormonal changes over time which is also normal and should be expected as we age and then poof just like that... My anxiety was no longer an issue and actually went away ... Good Luck Chica!
