    I was watching your "easy summer box braids (beginner friendly)" video for days and finally decided to try it because you made it look so easy especially for someone like me who never installed braids on own hair or anyone else's before.     Having C19 for over a month messed my body up so bad I would go days without eating, then binge eat. I am getting back on track and eating through your cook book the rest of the year to get back right.

      Have you thought about juicing veggies and fruits. Juicing 90% veggies and 10% fruit is really good for the body. You're still getting all the nutrients your body needs while dealing with any illness. Juicing is perfect when you don't have an appetite.

    Yes! I can proudly say that I love my results on not eating meats. I am slowly headed to vegan train but what’s stopping me is fresh eggs, if you want to become vegan, Trader Joe’s is a great place to start! I start to make my own recipes and started to eat veggies grown from my own garden! Thanks for encouragement over the years! Be blessed sis! 💜💜💜

Because I've Noticed While Still Eating Dairy Products. I Been Having Problems With Mucus In My Body, and I Was Told That It Come From Eating Dairy and Animals Flesh and Blood ( Meats). So I Just Want To Be More Healthier, But Keep Up The Good Job.

    i am healing neurological symptoms on medical medium protocols! i have come a long way since 2019 when i was in a lot of pain. now i am just trying to clear up brain fog, which is my last remaining serious neuro symptom, but have made good progress with that too so i wouldn't even class it as so serious any more since it rarely ruins my day any more and i can feel my productivity improving (although it did used to be serious). so happy to see you doing the celery juice!

    Don't give up on the bread, try grilling it in the pan with a little vegan butter (it's the one with the red top.) After toasting/grilling it add your mayo to the grilled bun and create your burger..

    A health scare caused me to changed my diet and get back to exercising. Try cutting out sweet fruits (apples, mango, bananas, pineapple etc.) They ate packed with sugar that adds weight.

    Hated brussel sprouts as a kid but love them now also roasted or air fry and seasoned w/ salt, pepper, garlic then drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar reduction when finished. So good! Great receipes, thanks for sharing!

    Thank you for this video. I ordered the print copy of “Deliciously Vegan”. Money well spent!!!! Every recipe I’ve tried was 🔥!!!!!! From the buffalo cauliflower bites, minute black bean soup, roasted tomato basil soup, herbed garlic smashed potatoes, grits w/ mushroom & spinach (please Lord Help Me!!!!! 😍❤️), to the chickpea salad sandwich. I will try the black bean/ lentil (or quinoa) burger next. As well as other recipes. This cookbook is amazing! So flavorful! Thank you and also shout out to Thrive Market. :-)

    I am new to this vegan lifestyle and I think I am overthinking it. I have watched all your food videos and love them. I’ve also joined Thrive Market because if you. You make the food look so good!! I went cold turkey on eating meat and drinking sodas. I drank sweet tea in the first week 3 times but non since then, only water. The only thing I need to get rid of next is the sugar and creamer with my coffee. I tried to go vegan with it but I can’t get use to the taste just yet. So I think I’m going to stop all together and drink warm lemon water in the mornings. I hope you do more videos like this!!

      I certainly will do more food vids! For creamer you may want to look into a brand called SOWN. They have an oat milk creamer available at Sprouts that I hear is good (I don't drink coffee, so can't personally vouch for it though)

    Luv your videos. I've made a few of your dishes and i try to buy the ingredients and seasonings you use and so it'll also taste right too because your food always look good 🤣 🤣 but me and Quinoa and Onions we may never become Friends 🤣 🤣. The foods and seasonings that i eat now i would've never thought would be this Delicious 🥑🥑. I'm still learning the different Organic and Vegan foods but i'm having fun along the way ❤️ ❤️. Your videos are what made me change my eating Lifestyle. Since i stopped eating meats, sweets, and junk food to last a Lifetime i've noticed a big difference in my body and weightloss and i no longer wake up sick from what i ate the day before.
    Now i know i'm not the only one who wouldn't touch a brussel sprout now i do eat them. After watching your Vegan videos i've made a Lifetime Committment to eating healthier and not late in the evening and i feel so much better. STAY SAFE EVERYONE. GOD BLESS.

    Celery is NASTY as part of a green juice so I could never just drink plain celery juice…I don’t even eat celery though ICK…once I realized there are no regulations when it comes to Organic produce/food (companies can slap an organic label on anything) it took the wind out my sail. Your makeup is pretty!! Love your recipes

    I fine with gluten free breads and buns you have to toast them with a little vegan butter. I'm gluten intolerant, so I can't eat wheat, rye or barley. I have learn how to adapt recipes that use regular flour, and some grains, plus I'm vegan too ‼️😀🙏🏿❣️

    I'm going to try my chlorophyll with lemon. I am 38 weeks pregnant and my iron has been low. I've tried the liquid chlorophyll in a smaller bottle in my smoothie, but it's still a challenge to get it up to a good level.

    I have tried so many gluten free breads and can’t find one I like so I just use lettuce or even a collard green to make wraps and sandwiches with.

    I wonder does the lemons ph acidy level kill the Chlorophyll benefits, in juice shops they often don't mix very high acidic fruits with grn stuff like Wheatgrass and Oranges
