I kinda got emotional when he talked about his grandpa being his best friend. Mine was my best friend growing up as well and I asked him in 2000 to be my best man in my wedding. He passed away on 2014 at age 95. He had all ford tractors solely.
I got emotional there too. My grandpa was my best friend growing up as well. He was the one that taught me everything on mechanics and tractors. He passed away in September 2022. Miss him every day. RIP Vapa ❤️🙏🏼
I'm only34 I got my grandfather's Ford golden jubilee love it so good. Since his passing I've had a over haul done on it converted it from 6 to 12 love it
Wow, what a beautiful looking Ford 801, doesn't get any better than that one! Terry Sensabaugh has a real gem there, nice guy with a nice tractor. Thanks for showing and sharing, have a great day!
We had a Ford 981 Select O Speed when I was growing up and it was the only tractor that got used 7 days a week year round, rain or shine. We also had a Ford mounted corn picker, one armed loader and it did all the hay cutting, baling, and raking.
That old fashion double sickle mower is a bit scary looking. I stayed my distance and spared my life. Sorry. It is a single sickle. Keep Mr. Ford alive!

Great story.. great tractor!
We had a 61 Ford 861 diesel, five speed transmission. It always started, and always got the job finished. Great tractor.
Thanks for sharing
Great story behind that Ford. 👍from 🇨🇦

Fantastic
Love it i live in this area and did actually see this tractor back in the day in one our local stores. I think in about 2016.
Saw reports that Tractor Supply sponsored a drag show in Texas. I will never deal with them again
Nice tractor! I worked on a number of Select-O-Speed transmission back in my Ford Tractor dealership days. Very pricy transmission to rebuild!
Nice
Love this video. Can you tell me the model # of the mower attachment?
At this stage in my life i believe i would rather have a clasic tractor than a sports car .
Wouldn't it be more of a Lincoln than a Cadillac?

It looks like Ford converted their gas engine over to diesel ?
That's nothing, I have my dads 1939 John Deere H that I first drove 80 years ago.
