Alizeh, as medical student, after few months I will be registered doctor.. n it's my humble request Alizeh, plz plz don't eat hot things in plastic plates,plastic container, whatever.. Don't microwave plastic containers..When we put hot things in plastic plates or any plastic container, it releases very very harmful micro plastics in food which can lead to cancer slowly n gradually.. n it can cause heart attack even in young people..n has many disadvantages in our health which I can't write all..Just be careful Alizeh.. n plz don't use plastic, nonstick, n aluminium utensils at home.. Instead use steel utensils n clay utensils which r good n doesn't affect our health❤We public wanna see u all healthy n happy..Lovely blog❤
