Why you work hard and still see no results

4 Levels of value demonstrate that more hours you put into working does not relatively equal more money. Ideas and way of thinking is what equals more money. Most of these millionaires such as Elon Musk they are getting paid based of the idea they once got and then working hard towards those ideas. Elon Musk has the imagination of us going to Mars and that idea is an idea worth getting millions of dollars for. However if you jsut work hard at a 9-5 and work more hours is not really going to pay off. U need to work hard towards and idea that will get you that money.
