I realize it is pretty off topic but do anybody know a good website to watch newly released series online ?

So your stuff always looks great. I want to make this chicken and use the honey chipotle to do it. My only concern is, watching your video it sure seems like a ton of seasoning goes on the chicken. It’s not overwhelming? Or crazy salty? I also don’t have the “Hard Core Carnivore” and wonder how important it is to put down a base layer. Any other substitutions work well? I Really try to stay away from MSG. TIA.

Thanks for watching! A lot of the rubs that I use are not overly salty so it's never too salty for me. Also, don't worry if you do not have any hard core carnivore, any BBQ rub will work well with this! The base layer is not a requirement. I say just use whatever you have on hand!

Nice cook! Chix looked great! When you grill without a drip pan on the KJ, how do you clean the drippings for the next cook? Thanks!

Thank you! For cleaning, I'll typically flip the deflectors over on the next cook and let the first self clean them. I'll also flip them after I'm done cooking and let the dirty side go face down while the grill cools off. it just depends on how dirty they get. If I think it's going to be a big mess, I'll sometimes just throw some aluminum foil on top of the deflectors.

I’m not a fan of injecting chicken I can never tell a difference or I feel that it makes it slimy sometimes. Brining though for 12 hours or whatever will knock your socks off

Agreed, that is my second time injecting and it didn't add much. When timing allows, i love to bring ahead of time!
