I feel your pain, I just went through the same thing buying a hypertune radiator for my billet 2.8 except it was the air temperature sensor in the way. Thankfully I’ve got the power steering pump in the boot and didn’t run into that issue as well
Not sure if you got the maradyne or spal from frenchies but I found the maradyne weak sauce, didn't perform at higher pressure ratios. In the process of swapping it out currently.
yes there was defiantly communication issues. however, the radiator would have no issues if we had of used a hypertune manifold. the power steering is a funny one though as its not far of stock location. A low profile fan will fix the issues. Lets not let this take away from the fact Hypertune Radiator is gorgeous...

Sickest build

That’s good info. Luckily we went with the spal
Thanks for commenting mate
F that!!! cutting the radiator!!!
Hey man! Yeah it sucked but had to be done and it came out super nice.
From everything I’ve seen, if you want nothing to fit then buy hypertune.
To be fair to hypertune, the bov and powersteering are not factory locations. So communication problems. Off the shelf onto factory should fit.
