Dtebra, hanks for sharing the video with Linda! I was curious as to how she made her containers, and that was very helpful. Now inspired to make a few for holiday gifts for family and friends. So many great ways to put together succulents with this lovely idea.

I have this screen wire, for the plants (vines), now u gave me the idea of using it as a base for succulents, thank you.
I do the same way cutting but now I can make shapes out of it .....

I recall in my time working at a nursery, we would do something very similar, but oriented vertically, and they were called "Living walls" You should give it a try. Very cool.

you shouldnt pack cacti as tightly as in the last image. they will stab eachother with theyr spines.
