Thank you for showing an inside break-away close up shot. You wouldn't believe how many people just don't do that. We're sitting here trying to evaluate what we think of the cookie and half of that is just being able to see what it looks like close up. Is it soft and pliable? Is it dry and snap apart? We never know unless we get that close up shot. It's vitally important to those of us hunting for a recipe that is exactly what we want.

Can i be honest, I'm horrible at cooking White rice.. lol! I'm hit and miss. Sometimes it's fluffy and sometimes it's sticky. When I master it I definitely will.

Nope can't taste it. Start with one teaspoon. If it gives you the color you want just use 1 teaspoon instead of 2
