@@edward2448 I was afraid of that Edward, jam is a watery mix made from sugar, water and fruit, it is usually absorbed during baking time if you insert it into a spongy cake. Well, at least you tried it!! Thanks for your feedback 😘
@@emmayang1704 Every freezer is different, maybe mine is more powerful and needs less time to freeze. You can leave it in freezer for more hours until frozen 👍
I did it as in the recipe and it didn’t work out. I feel like you’re not telling me something about the whole recipe. the cream doesn’t become thick it’s like water I had to add more corn starch, after baking I break the cookies and then all the cream was sucked into the cookies and it’s gone I won’t cook this shitty recipe anymore😡
Hello and welcome to my channel! As you can see in my video, you have to cook lemon curd until becomes thick. If yours is runny like water, you just needed to cook it more until thickened. A cream made with cornstarch and butter can't be thick as water, when it cools down in refrigerator should become thick.

You can buy egg substitute in the dairy aisle of your local grocery store, if they have it where you live. They have it here in the 🇺🇸.
I used lemon, cornstarch , sugar, water or simple syrup if you have it.
