Sheet Layers, Viewports and Annotations

Drawing a set of 3 Treads then setting up a Sheet Layer, Creating Viewports and Annotating (dimensioning) those Viewports.

Exactly..the amount of videos that I've clicked on that claim "tutorial" then it just starts with a super complex 18 layer drawing....

Title block doesnt show up in the object info pallet. Any Idea how I would access that now?
