is there any way to change the hieght of the cut plan for a plan view? I have a building that has 3' of stone veneer at the front and transitions to Siding. I want to showcase the stone for the builder and cant figure out how to showcase my viewport at a lower height to achieve such things.
Yes, there is a way to achieve what you want. You can create a horizontal section viewport by selecting an elevation viewport and creating a section through that at the required height. That is a great idea for a movie, thank you.
You’re welcome. Don’t forget to try out the complete fundamentals course. There is a playlist for it. th-cam.com/play/PLjt2JD0muIE96sU4vM1D_ecYwgXgcfWJy.html
@@archoncad amazing thank you for the playlist link I've saved it and will go through it from the beginning - I'm loving that you break each module down into short videos, it makes it easy for me to make time and practice as I learn. To be honest I'm already amazed how easy and intuitive Vectorworks is (compared with Cinema4D and 3DsMax that I've used in the past and both of which I felt frustrating to use) but with your tutorials the learning curve is made even more fast and easy so I'm very grateful for the content you have shared.
Thank you very much for your super thanks. I’m really glad that you’re enjoying these movies. I sometimes think there’s a whole lot in these movies and you need to come back and look at them again. Thanks again.
Thank you so much Jonathan for replying. I don't know how to get your reply back in order to reply there. Have a lovely afternoon. I am replying to the link you sent me.
