  • If you love scrambling and boulder-hopping, you’ll love Ice Box Canyon. Ice Box Canyon is another popular trail, besides the Calico Tanks trail, in Red Rock Canyon in Las Vegas. This hike features beautiful views of the mountain range, a cool canyon, tons of rock scrambling, and seasonal waterfalls. The canyon is the perfect place to stay cool in the open desert. This is because it sits at a higher elevation. Also, the narrow canyon walls provide tons of shade.

It is nice to hear you mention in every video asking people to pick up trash and be respectful of the nature.

We always do our best to try to be good ambassadors for outdoor adventures. If we don't all do our part to take care of nature, there won't be anything left to enjoy. ♥️

We recommend shoes with good ankle support. You're going to be on wobbly rocks for what send like forever! The scenery is really pretty though!

I hiked Ice Box Canyon in 2022 and 2023, but it doesn't look like I'll get around to it in 2024. I love hiking through and over all the rocks, but that last climb is a bit too sketchy for me.

@@david.e.miller all the balancing on rocks make that hike seen way longer than it is. We almost got stuck on the last climb! It's way easier to climb up than it is to get back down!

This area really sucks up to the tour companies. They get the best parking and you must move if they want to take a picture. The entire park is not handicap friendly and does not seem to comply with ADA standards.

We have only been to the park once and we didn't encounter any tour companies. That's really unfortunate. Have you contacted the park about the ADA issue?

@@LiveThatAdventure The only folks at the park are gift ship employees. I think at the Valley of Fire, the sign says that it is not a handicap accessible.
