Thanks for the compliment. The music when I introduced the sound card is from you tube library. To get started Bm 800 mic and lots of choices of different sound cards you can choose from amazon. That’s where I bought most of my sound cards.
hi, when I connect the jack to live 1 I have the sounds in the earcups of the headphones inverted.. in the sense that the things that should be heard on the left are heard on the right.. is this normal or is it defective? instead in live 2 the sound comes out right from there.. then they want to ask if there is a reset for this card.. thanks

So far the unit I have, it will only show all the different color light when turning on and off. It doesn’t really blink once It’s on. The button when only blink when I press it. To turn off all the lights except the on/off button, turn the LIGHT VOLUME KNOB on top right to zero or you can use that knob to select the desired light to the Buttons of your K1. While charging, ON/OFF is blinking red, green and blue but it will show solid Green when fully charged.

Whatever you hear - same audio output will be recorded. Please note you will always hear your voice and other audio unless muted, which means no turning off monitoring on this kind of sound card.

I don’t have that kind of mic yet. You can try connecting it using an XLR to 3.5mm jack. But I think that mic needs a Phantom, you might have to connect an external Phantom power like in this video th-cam.com/video/u_ax4yODyZ4/w-d-xo.html

I would simply unplug it then plug back in. If still pc won’t recognize, use a different micro USB to USB type A cord-perhaps you have some from your other gadgets.
Thank you. Did you mean Sound effects are not coming out to your Facebook streaming using your android? Does it mean you’re using an android phone for streaming?
It does supports android phones, but maybe you are right not all android phones coz I have received messages before that they can’t connect their phone to this sound card. Did you try switching the cables like the TRRS, or using other port like live 2 instead of live 1.
I’m not expert on troubleshooting however if that happens to I would make sure all cords are properly plugged in. I would also use other USB type A to micro USB (other than the one that comes in the package).
I’ll make a video for you, given a chance. Speaker is no good for streaming or recording. If you still want to use it, make sure it’s not close to the mic so it won’t feedback.

So far sa mga nareview konh mga sound cards wala pa po ako napapansin na may function na ganyan. Kung mayron man, dko pa po alam. Nasa mic volume lang po ang option ng mga yan. If you can have Focusrite - for example - yan mayron monitoring on/off function.

Normally when you order online it will tell you the estimated delivery date. Usually I got my order in 2 to 4 weeks.

Set up should be the same as in this video instead of opening FB live open camera of the the computer then record.

whenever i plug the usb port in my laptop or in any usb output, i get a static noise and it wont get rid unless i unplug the usb. any fix for this?

I would unplug and plug it back in. Coz sometimes Computer does not recognize the sound card.

If you are trying to do live stream from an iPhone, most likely it’s the lightning adapter issue.
