CDD stands for Community Development Districts and is a charge to finance the service of infrastructure cost in the community such as repairing and installing new roads, constructing or repairing schools, and maintaining sewers, sports courts, community pools, parks, and sidewalks. In this case this new home does not have a a CDD.

I like the house,,, but saying that and checking sq ft (1580) concept is somehow ruined as of under sized rooms don't let you fully enjoy this great "green" property. Of course, needs lot's of work outside to call it real green...
