    That hammer curl Brian did with 90 lbs on the pronator lift was what i found the craziest. 90 lbs looked like absolutely nothing to him. Brian has 23 inch arms.

      23 Inch arms is wild yet 90lbs pronation is wild that it was so easy

    Brian is a world class strength athlete. He knows how to train, how to use progressive overload, how to rest and how to peak for an event. I hope people aren't shocked by how quickly he progresses. I mean, we're talking about a guy that's been liftin for 20+ years and now he found some new movements to get into. He's like a kid in a candy store right now.

    People are giving Brian a bunch of crap because he is 42 years old and that it is too late for him to start. But they fail to see how much of a strength sport armwrestling actually is. Brian just need to build the specific strengths, and with his strength base, that will not take more than few years. And learning the techiques will happen during that same time. Had it been a regular guy, then yeah it would be too late to reach the top i think. But Brian can do it. I do know that Brian is mostly there to draw more light to armwrestling, but i do think that he has a legit chance to become a monster in the sport very quickly.

      He has a very big chance to become a problem in this sport!

    What I get from Devon is that Brain will train for this summer and will try to compete in autumn. IMHO Kirill Sarechev is a great match up. He told that he is planning to compete latter this year. But I am afraid that Kirill has way more experience. There are 8 years old videos where Kirill is training with Cyplenkov.

    • @keanumcgill

      That could be a great match as well.

    What should be mentioned is what kind of person Brian is . This is a very intelligent man that knows how to dedicate to something at the highest level , if Brian takes arm wrestling as serious as strong man he’s going to be a nightmare in a few years

    Brian seems interested in the lifts and strength side of the sport but not so much the combat side.

    Last year he did a video with Bryan Callen and his right arm was 23 inch and his left is I believe an inch bigger. I am intrigued to see just how much his forearms will blow up if he properly trains.

    • @keanumcgill
      @keanumcgill  17 วันที่ผ่านมา

      23 Inches is crazy and it clearly shows. I couldn't imagine his forearms in about 2 years if he comments considering they are already big.

    Doesnt devon says tuck the thumb because you shouldn't be using grip strength? So the purpose is to eliminate the thumb in that movement and target the "cup" part of the forearm. Thats how i took it, i could be wrong
