I preordered her before realizing that you have to assemble her (I thought she would be similar to a figma). You said that there is some painting required. What does that entail? Will I need to buy certain paint/tools. 😰 I’ve never put together any kind of kit before. Is this doable for a newbie?
First, thank you for watching! if you would take a look at 1:07 - 1:13, it is a finished model form official site. Comparing with 0:38, which is the straight build model, you can see several small details that you'll need to paint. Such as: -green line on calves -black strip on her body below chest -red/magenta on her hair ring etc... But most of the pictures you see in this video is the unpainted model, which looks okay already. For assembly, I strongly recommend to get a nipper(sprue cutter) for plastic models to work with. This model isn't so hard for new builders so don't worry, just do it carefully. Lastly, from my personal experience, plastic models are much fragiler than figma figures, especially on joints, so handle carefully. It's a nice model, hope you'll like it, and hope you like my videos lol. Happy building!!

Thank you for your support! The nipper is a single blade nipper, like the GodHand, made by GIC. In comparison, GodHand performs a little better, but this one costs 1/3 of the price. Since I always clean up the sprue marks with knife afterwards, this one works perfect for me. Happy building!

The drummer is Baby Razz, from an old series "Busou Shinki," which Kotobukiya is reviving it.
