Monthly grocery shopping is about the same in both YVR and YYZ.
you really should compare the same store/restaurant in both places. compare walmart with walmart not another store. also compare mcdonalds in both places. i can get fried rice for $8.99 in food court and $19.99 in restaurant both in toronto.
