      As a 14 year old: you cant judge people my age on their age. Some people grow up at 10 and some never even do.
      Even so, I think no matter if someone is 5 or 18, they can understand when theyre being abused. Especially when they have something better in reach.

      It doesn't always happen like that. I've seen kids lie about abuse, and have it stick, even in the face of evidence, simply because a cps agent let their ego be most important.

      @@sean4236 Yea that’s what I was thinking. Children say a lot of things when angry and a lot of adults do spankings as a form of punishment. It may be outdated but it isn’t illegal in terms of parenting. Not yet. Not unless there are marks or excessively used. Plus, they can’t go by his word alone. His siblings got out the car when the father’s visitation rights were *over.* They are in the car with mom *now.* So if none of them think she’s crazy, a demon, a violent person, etc., they aren’t going to go off 1/4 *child’s* word. So his siblings actions discredited him completely. They make him look like he’s having a tantrum.

Giving birth does NOT make you more connected, EFFORT, COMPASSION, CARE, AND LOVE DO!! This gash exhibits NONE of those qualities!!!! Right, he even said you say that she hits you and cornered you and grabs you by the neck and I can’t do anything about that. How can a police officer say that. I know the judge ordered this BS and who knows why, but the police officer can at least side with Parker mentally and say I wish I could let you go with your dad and let him know that he understands him, but he has to follow the law. If he would’ve done this instead of all that other mumbo-jumbo he was throwing at him he probably could’ve persuaded him. He could’ve also told him hey if she does anything to you again call the police and it happens again call them again and all those recordings of those abusive situations will help you get back with your father. That’s what I think!

    • @ChrissyGrace2611

      @stfjesusfreak 2 ปีที่แล้ว +34

      And kids are afraid to tell about physical abuse, not only the fear of not being believed, or helped; but for the fear the abuser would punish and physically assault them for telling. You may ask why I know this? Because it happened to me; no one believed or protected me!
      As if you confront the abuser and ask them, why are you abusing said kid, that they’ll say “oh yeah, I hit him/her every chance I get”. No, they’ll deny, and say the child makes up stories; and when the investigator leaves and feels they’ve helped. Wham! The kid is abused harsher and more often than before.
      See what telling does!

      For real, I *HATE* when adults say sh-t like that while not knowing half of it themselves. Maturity does not come with age, same with wisdom. It's quite obvious if we take a quick look at the people in this world.
      I'm 21, my parents split up when I was 9. I had to deal with similar stuff. And honestly, I still stand by a lot of what I told adults when I was 14. Some things changed obviously, but some people truly never gain any wisdom from observing and have been too spoiled by life to know what hardships a kid can go through.

      Honestly same. I just turned 18 this year and looking back at the past, I am so pissed at how the courts and legal system treat children more like property than people. I remember getting the cops called on me by my stepmom (for no good reason, she abused me, but always shifted the blame onto me). When the cops came I always hear that they should back me up because police officers are supposed to “have the child’s best interests in mind”, but no! They screamed at me and threatened to call me out to the cop that worked at my middle school at the time. Looking back at it, I feel like my stepmom probably bribed them or something, so yeah. Screw those cops and screw the legal system.

    I just came across this and have been watching the videos. I'm so thankful that Parker stood his grown and got himself out of that abusive home life alone with with his other siblings. He probably saved one of thier lives because he was brave enough to stand up against his abusers. I was raised by a abusive mother alone with my siblings until she decided to leave us and our father. I know what he went through. Abuse comes in all shapes and sizes. There's millions of 15yr old children who have been layed to rest because they were under the abuse of thier own parents and no one would listen. Or seemed to care enough to make it thier business. Parker I'm so proud of you and I respect your decision to fight back and never give up until you finally got to go and live the life you and your siblings deserved ❤️

This has sucked the life out of me and I’m only just now really starting to recover. I truly am sorry for what you’re going through. If it helps, I’ve talked about just about every scenario I can think of on this channel. In a nutshell, I recommend staying sober, exercising every single day, eat fresh foods (nothing in a box or can), sunlight, daily meditation/praying, and educating yourself through books, podcast and documentaries (idle junk like scrolling social media, corn, tv sports, etc ruin your mind). You must take care of yourself first, or you won’t be able to help others. I’ve learned that the stronger you are and the more educated you are, the harder you are for others to mess with. I wish you the best of luck. Hang in there because it does get better if you stay consistent and do the work.

    I'm at 12 mins....
    Mom went through the trouble of going to court, getting custody of her son and yet, here we are.... he's right there and not one word has been spoken to him. He's sitting there and not once did she go up to sit with him, to talk to him, to check how he is feeling. Mom won the battle (against dad), but will lose the war (her son) bc she is unwilling to put in the effort that it takes to be there and support him when he needs it the most.

    Hi, in March I was in a somewhat similar situation that Parker was in with his mom with my mom. Seeing Parker stand up for his rights to his mom in the other video changed my life forever. My mom was mentally and physically abusive and I see a lot of similar traits that my mom has in Parker's mom. Their behavior and personality are so similar, it's scary. I didn't realize that my mom was abusive until I saw that video. So in April, I ran away to my dad's and Parker gave me the courage to do that. I love you and your family. You guys deserve the world.

I’m sure for that kind of custody case they would have sent someone to his place to see if it was a suitable environment. I’m sure she wanted to hurt the father by poisoning the kids against him but she ran them off with her behavior. I have seen other videos where she doesn’t allow them to take personal items with them. She actually would pat them down and search bags before they were allowed to leave. I’m kind of wondering if he refused to go with her if the judge would have put the kid in jail for disobeying his orders. I feel like the judge either didn’t or wouldn’t listen to the kids claims 0f what the household was like. I just hate seeing and hearing parents using the kids to try and hurt someone, if she was really as afraid as she said then she would have been taking him to court over it all.

I also applaud the police officer, most of what he had to say was definitely wisdom and I was very impressed with his background. As for the Ex-Wife’s lawyer, well understood he’s just doing his job, but this is one of those times you don’t take a case like this, no morality at all. I’m not sure if it was the Aunt that told Parker about the dial 0 thing, but that was a bit of extra information I was pleased to learn as part of watching this video. I’m not super well versed into both sides pasts, however something like this should definitely not be overlooked, because a kid as young as that really has to have something going on for him to want to challenge something like this. @Elizabeth 777 it's one thing to fight. The kid had accused his mother of being abusive and manipulative, literally calls her a psycho at the beginning. Idk if you saw the original video, but the woman was clearly gaslighting him and being manipulative. I don't care if that woman birthed him, that is no way to treat your child. As for the dad, he's doing what he can to protect his son. Any loving father would do the same.

    • @lissaC.W.
      @lissaC.W. 4 ปีที่แล้ว +14

      Elizabeth 777 you do realize this video is 6 years old. There is another video of Parker finally living with his father at age 17 and they have an awesome relationship. And Parker has no regrets he would do it again. Also the same thing happens to another kid under this mothers care we’re Blaine (Parker’s little brother) also having difficulty living with his mom and step dad to the point where she called the cops on Blaine and had him sent to an institution for a while. And Blaine also claims that his mother and stepfather were be abusive towards him. So if this is happening to more than one kid than that is telling me that maybe there is something happening in that house hold. Yes kids have disagreements with parents but it’s also dangerous to make that generalization when we don’t know for sure if these kids are living in an abusive environment. And there are different forms of abuse living with a toxic parent and enduring emotional abuse is one that people don’t take seriously and the should. The mother in the first video that went viral you see multiple time where the mother uses different forms of manipulation, such as gaslighting, using his siblings as a weapon, using material items to guilt trip him and trying to have the police officer lock up her own son simply bc he wants to live with his dad. I don’t know about you but I would rather just have my child live with his father than have him arrested. Same situation happened to my mom and I when we were fighting all the time as a preteen and I asked to go live with my father for a while and she let me go. And she can not stand my father but she new how important it was for me to have a relationship with him. We now have an amazing relationship and we are Best friends now but if she behaved the way this mother is behaving...our relationship would absolutely be strained. If the child is that desperate to live with his dad she should have let him go. It would have been better for their relationship in the long run.

When you deal with a child as big as him, who suddenly acts as defiant and disrespectful, some could say abusive towards you everytime he's been at his dad's, exactly what would you suggest to do to keep you kid from turning out and entitled, easily manipulated ass like his father?

You say "suddenly acts as defiant and disrespectful" as if you haven't seen the original 1 hour video (which i'm guessing you have) where the mother it's OBVIOUSLY manipulative and selfish. The kid is clearly scared and does NOT want to live in the abusive household atmosphere that is being forced on him by his mother and... Peter Griffin?!
      Also you say "what would you suggest to do to keep you kid from turning out and entitled, easily manipulated ass like his father?"...
      and from what i've seen so far, the father is the Good parent between the two (correct me if i'm wrong), the mother is the retarded cunt who can't seem to realize or comprehend the psychological damage that she was causing the kid. @@31witches55 That's why i said i might be missing key details 😄 and by what you are saying i was, but at this point we would be getting into some deep ramifications of behavioral psychology based on pure observation( and also we would have to talk about the difference between being manipulative and being desperate, cause we can see that she is OBVIOUSLY a very manipulative person, and i might be wrong but that's just the impression im getting), simply because nobody but the kid has a real introspection on the situation.
