This was so fun to watch you put together. Now I know exactly how to use the Forever Forest dies. Placing them amongst the stamped images is soooo good! All the little behind the scenes photos and memories are bringing a huge smile to my face.

Thank you! I’m so glad. I like being able to explain things in real-time but often times the video gets too long. This had minimal embellishing so it worked out! But then sometimes I forget to mention things and can’t go back and explain like in a voiceover. It’s a double-edged sword. 😂
It is great to see scrapbooking layouts again! I am a former CTMH maker (years ago) and I got out because I was busy taking care of my grandkids( which I would never change for the world) and I didn’t have the time to devote to my crafts and CTMH. Needless to say, scrapbooking went to the wayside. I used to watch you back then too! So I’m happy to see you joined SU in the transition! As the kids grew I met a friend who did SU and we make cards for our monthly gatherings! So now you have re-inspired me to maybe get back into scrapbooking again! Thanks for your detailed instructions! ❤

Lovely pages. What do you mean by transitioning? This was about the top 2 pieces of paper/glitter paper. Do you never just put paper down by itself? As an accent.
I do sometimes, but often times when I have larger pieces of paper I like to have a skinny strip to cover the transition between them. It depends on the design and it’s totally personal preference. I felt it was especially necessary for the plaid paper going into the white because the plaid had a white background and kinda blended into the white base page. And I just liked it at the top. 😊

Hi Carla! They were from Close to my Heart which is now out of business, unfortunately. Stampin’ Up is planning to offer some things that CTMH used to, I hope these VersaMats are one of them!
