I also have an EX20S on preorder. I want the range and comfort as well and I don’t think the S22 has either of those for the type of riding I do. From the very limited reviews I’ve seen people really like the suspension, west, and range on it. Haven’t heard anyone complain about the tire though. I wonder if eWheels would let me order a different one or not.
Is that 250 fresh outta the shower or 250 all geared up? Big difference. You can find out yourself; all you need is the max suspension and you add the weight of the wheel with your weight fully geared up. If the max suspension load is higher than your weight and the wheel combined, then you can ride it without bottoming out...on paper. The only way to know for sure is to ride it yourself and that usually mean buying it first. =8-Þ
There will always be something better next year but for the first time, I feel like EUCs have finally properly leveled up. If you have the money, I wouldn’t wait. They also hold their value quite well so you could sell and upgrade every year for not much money.

@@lukastanasiuk5722 hi Lukas yes I meant addressed in your video, because I'm sure that's the number one issue on prospective buyers' minds and if KingSong remediated the problem, it would probably alleviate a lot of concern to mention it.

Lukas thanks for the hook up brother. I'm trying to soak up as much as I can on the s22 and the master.. I really dont want to deal with suspension B.S but it looks like you'll have to do that on either one. BTW, can I get a tire swap before shipping?
There is no bearing seal on the Master !? It is weird i just replace the tire for a H666 on my RS19 HT (awesome tire btw) which has the same motor than the Master the C38 and i did put greases in the bearing which was clean inside a bit of dirt on the seal, but when i remove the seal he has a rubber lips around it, so i wonder why they remove this seal on the Master ?? My RS19 is the batch 4 with the LCD screen.
Thank you for another great video! Love the different perspectives. At this point I'll take whichever ships first but the S-22 is more adapted to the type of riding I'm doing. 🤙🚀
I love the S22 suspension but it's also a huge weak point. The design is apparently not good mostly because the T-rails that the T slider is going up and down in get dirty quick which makes the suspension way less responsive for everything short of bigger drops and bumps. I'm not sure how KS will address that because they really need to but yeah I guess we'll see. I've seen and experienced it first hand.
Yeah I saw Marco’s (Mad Pack) vid on that. Looks sketchy. We’re looking for the off-road king and that is potentially an Achilles heel. Jam it so full of grease that water/dirt can’t get in? Not ideal.

you have any info on difference the production models of the s22 will have compared to the pre-prod of the s20? I've tried the S20 here in Montreal and it was not that impressive. no torque and too stiff suspension.. you know if they fixed that? merci
The new firmware made it much torquier and the suspension just needs to be adjusted to your desires. It will never have the torque of a Master, though.
Hey guys.. I got into the hobby with a Gotway MSP HT. It has been experiencing this awful scraping sound from small bumps and medium/hard turns. I'm actually used to the exact same cst tire the master comes with on my rs high torque but after trying the kenda on my friend's master it's pretty much the perfect wheel.. best suspension I've tried on any gotway wheel (my friend had an EX before and didn't like that suspension but the master suspension is really good for me)
@@lukastanasiuk5722 s22 is boring comparatively.. the only thing the master needs is the kenda tire.. my friend already put the kenda tire on his master and now it's a perfect all round euc.. "best ones" That is kind of a very subjective qualification. Can you define "Best" ? Is that quality of material? Is that rad technology at expense of reliability? What is "best' the definition for you guys?
Ya, also the S22 has a very poor slider design which adds TONS of friction, or “Stiction” in suspension terms. The sliders in the S22 are also plastic which will wear out super fast. I honestly don’t know why these guys like the s22 more; probably just because the master has a worse stock suspension and they’re too heavy for it, so it bottoms out.

newbalances are a bad choice for riding. I was a huge NB fan, but realized it was too wide-footed, and the heels are too high, and squishy, you dont get a tactile feel and control over the wheel. so with a wheel like the master, you get a huge benefit from a shoe with no heel height, like a simple puma. if you do, recalibrate the wheel to about 2-3 degrees tilt back, your master wobbles will be alleviated quite a bit. with no high heels, your ankles are lower to the fulcrum on the wheel. so yea ditch the dad shoe vibes. also, its not 2007 anymore, shave the mustache and neckbeard stubble please uhhg

Whatever suspension wheel begode has as a tested tryed and true wheel is my next wheel in a few years.
Good video! So excited for these! Question: I’m 250lbs. Would the S22 suspension still support me or will it just bottom out just from normal riding?
Is that 250 fresh outta the shower or 250 all geared up? Big difference. You can find out yourself; all you need is the max suspension and you add the weight of the wheel with your weight fully geared up. If the max suspension load is higher than your weight and the wheel combined, then you can ride it without bottoming out...on paper. The only way to know for sure is to ride it yourself and that usually mean buying it first. =8-Þ
If not, there will be a heavier coil upgrade you could swap out for
If you’re a heavy rider, I would recommend the S22 because you’ll bottom-out the suspension on the Master most likely:
I'm about 210 in full gear (or more) and you can see me dropping 4 stairs to flat on the S22 in our videos with no issue! I think you'll be alright :)
Im not sure.... Should I wait for something better next year?
There will always be something better next year but for the first time, I feel like EUCs have finally properly leveled up. If you have the money, I wouldn’t wait. They also hold their value quite well so you could sell and upgrade every year for not much money.
@@eevees
Sure, but it's better of you get that sweet spot where yearly difference won't make much of a change.
Like a wouldn't want to change my phone every year. But if they make a S24 next year with more ballance, lighter weight, inside suspension and better batteries or other safety features I would want to buy it.
@@BigBoss-gb4cx They almost certainly will... But you'll be a whole year + without riding the best EUC currently on the market! And also, once they make that new one, the even better newer one will be just another 6 months away, and repeat and repeat haha
Is eevee planning to sell the CNC sliders for the S22? I'd be curious to know how Lukas likes the cnc sliders :)
You guys are always entertaining and you made such good points on both wheels. However I wished the S20 fire and firmware update that supposedly cured the problem were addressed. I know it's a bummer because you guys had such good times on your tour on the s20 and made so many riders happy with it, but I still feel it should be addressed.
Hey Mike, do you mean addressed in our videos? Because Kingsong addressed it very promptly and took the necessary action to eradicate the issue right away!
@@lukastanasiuk5722 hi Lukas yes I meant addressed in your video, because I'm sure that's the number one issue on prospective buyers' minds and if KingSong remediated the problem, it would probably alleviate a lot of concern to mention it.
@@mikeintampa250 That's a fair point!
@@lukastanasiuk5722 When are you opening in the U.S.? I bet a lot of prospective buyers, including myself, want to purchase from you in the future as a showing of gratitude for going on that tour and just for being so cool in the scene.

They’ll ship the exact same time as they’re on the same shipping container.. at least for eevee’s shipments
Heck yeah man! Can’t wait for my wheel to make it, let’s go China!!!! Whoooo
@@eevees are these litech packs or Begode packs for the Master?
@@BRyeEUC Begode first and then the litech later this summer
I never knew these things existed until today 😳. Now I want one! Thanks 🙏🏻
They'll change your life!
Not ideal.
@@darkhorseeuc I think supposedly king song supposed to fix it but I don't know how they're gonna do it I have an idea but I'm not sure yeah.
Definitely the Achilles heel right now.... and somehow STILL the best suspension wheel ever made by a massive margin :P
Why do you all forget that an euc is an E-BIKE... Ebikes speeds are legally limited to 40 km/h on the road???
Man I wish you were right and we could be classified in the same category as E-Bikes and get subsidies from the government for using green transport :P
Sure class 3 throttle with no pedaling assistant... But the shit of all these speed influencers are going to kill someone...
Awesome content!! I cant wait to get my S22!! This only solidified it more!!! So excited
Do you guys have safety gear preferances? I see the Leatt knee and shin guards.. what about helmets?? Downhill vs motocross vs mortorcycle? Protection jackets? Chest protection?
Welll OBVIOUSLY snag it on eevees.com ;)
I'd suggest a Lazyrolling jacket, knee pads, TSG Pass helmet and some wrist guards. Email me at lukas@eevees.com and I can send you a lil sum'n sum'n if you get all your accessories through us ;)
Bubble wrap. Lots of it. 😁
you have any info on difference the production models of the s22 will have compared to the pre-prod of the s20?
I've tried the S20 here in Montreal and it was not that impressive. no torque and too stiff suspension.. you know if they fixed that?
merci
The new firmware made it much torquier and the suspension just needs to be adjusted to your desires. It will never have the torque of a Master, though.
Where would we go to find the information on if the coil spring is better and spring rates?
Hey guys.. I got into the hobby with a Gotway MSP HT. It has been experiencing this awful scraping sound from small bumps and medium/hard turns. It'll be smooth and have little or no sound on smooth pavement..
Any thoughts on what kind of problem I have from someone who sees/repairs/opens up these things all the time??
Thanks for the vids. When I have more $$ I'll upgrade 😎
It'd be hard to say without having it in the shop! Could be something stuck in there, could be a slightly bent rim + an aftermarket knobby tire... these are finicky things sometimes!
Awesome video guys and a great comparison between the wheels.
@16:15 how did Doug (apologies if spelled incorrectly) get two visors on his tsg helmet ??
Thanks. You've convinced me to get an s22 over the master... although now I'm wondering how it compares with the new t4
That's what I wanted to hear! Helps give me a little more confidence in my choice while I wait. Appreciate the review guys 🤙🏼
Which did you choose??
@@eevees I went for the S22. Just seemed like the right fit and a really forgiving wheel. Being on the larger side (6'1" & 205 lbs.), and over 40, I knew I wanted a suspension wheel. I don't need the extra speed and torque...not yet.
Be careful about all the negative info on hot wheels like the S-22, I think some people just try and find something wrong then they call it the worst lol, this wheel is amazing I know this for sure . Can’t wait for my Eagle order! Let’s go China baby!!
@@thefoss721 Oh, 100%! There's definitely no shortage of haters out there. Water off a ducks back I say though. I have no doubt this is the wheel for me! 🤙🏼
@@VoltaicWanderlust haha good to hear, some dude just tried to explain in a massive message what’s wrong with the wheel and literally everything he said was either a worry that hasn’t happened yet, or something that didn’t make any sense at all… but that’s what happens when a amazing wheel is so hyped, people split off into groups, haters, and “fanboys” which are both horrible terms but haters makes more sense lol… there is absolutely nothing wrong with being a fan especially for the most amazing suspension wheel to have come out, and with the new firmware apparently the torque/breaking/take-off is much better so I’m way too stoked now, as long as you take care of the wheel, maybe waterproof it, silicone it where dirt might want to come in, pad up the weak points, this wheel will last for years without issues, my S-18 has zero issues after 2000 miles and I’d give it another 4000 probably it’s actually built quite well, so is the Eagle :) enjoy your wheel when it makes it to ya man!
all those s22 and master ex20s need refinement tgey are the pioneer of what will be in the next year or 2 with the sherman max for the money the range and ride feels for heavy riders nothing beat that for now.
great vid, would these wheels be suitable as a first?
Deffffinitely not the Master, and the S22 would be a stretch, too. I'd say something more like an inmotion v11 if you're just learning and still want some suspension. We have em in stock, too!

Getting Master.. first wheel to do it all.. high torque, high speed, decent enough suspension (ridden my friend's- feels great to me and he's already changed to kenda tire from stock cst tire.. much more stable, better for carving), easier to work on (modular design- can add extra battery packs for extended range).. beats s22 by a long shot.. all you need to do is change master cst tire to kenda.. you can't improve the s22 speed and torque.. no contest to me.. gonna get master with better litech or samsung batteries.. I'm actually used to the exact same cst tire the master comes with on my rs high torque but after trying the kenda on my friend's master it's pretty much the perfect wheel.. best suspension I've tried on any gotway wheel (my friend had an EX before and didn't like that suspension but the master suspension is really good for me)
Boooooooo S22 all dayyyyyyy
@@lukastanasiuk5722 s22 is boring comparatively.. the only thing the master needs is the kenda tire.. my friend already put the kenda tire on his master and now it's a perfect all round euc.. I've ridden it with the kenda.. the master is the fastest, best torque/ acceleration euc, the suspension is great to me, the carry handle is the best in class, the minimal, modular easy to work on design is the best yet.. nothing beats it imho.. don't see anything that's better about the s22.. the suspension is supposed to be better but on trying the master suspension at the right psi I found it excellent anyway
@@justinspirational Hey well it sounds like you've found your wheel! No matter what I did to the suspension on the Master, it felt like a kinder surprise toy compared to the S22. The handling, the stability, the looks, the suspension, the pads, the seat. It's all exactly what I want from a wheel and to me, puts it leagues beyond what the Master can be, even with modifications. Such is the beauty of subjectivity!
Hmm choices 🤔 it is a must to have a suspension for me very hard to make a choice here. What about range between the 2. I really wanna upgrade to one of these 2 wheels

EUCO sent out an email to S22 pre-order customers stating that there will be a potential delay of another month, after the first email stating only 2months. That would put delivery sometime in July?

Is that quality of material?
Is that rad technology at expense of reliability?
What is "best' the definition for you guys?
wait, just got to the master wobble.. Nope! not for me! lol
Why pay more for worse performance. Suspension isn't something you'll notice a difference on every Crack or bumps. Plus it's cheaper.
