Im 14 going onto 15 and I was in the exact state u are in with the whole, not knowing what to do with yourself,no good reliable friends or persay family… and aswell as the whole mobile addiction. And wonderful if it has (for the better that is) if no I recommend set a certain time and limit to your screen time and figure out what you need to do then, like homework, catching up with friends/familt or just recommendations on TH-cam that will boost your mental health!! Also maybe take time with yourself, those friends clearly aint good for you and staying with them will only make it worse, maybe try a figure your self out and grow yourself more insead of making friends and it going nowhere or downwards :(. In 2024 I'm going to work to continue working out and getting stronger, keep my house clean and organised, work on my appearance and style and save money for a big holiday somewhere in the Autumn. Somewhere like Mexico or Argentina. I also want to work on my Spanish and read more. I joined a book club recently and I find being in the group is great for motivating me to read. For those who want to read but find it hard to concentrate because of internet, I highly recommend book groups, online or in-person. Thanks for the inspiration Lena!

This year I did this new thing where I tried to do at least one new thing every month. I had worse months but I did gained many new experiences. Some months I did bigger things like travelling or dubbing course, on the other I decided to set a better skincare, start reading or buying new high quality teas, dying my hair for the first time. It surely helped me to feel more confident and less stressed about aging.

But when I found your channel you truly showed me that it’s good to be who I am and I don’t have to change myself for anybody. In my notebook I started writing down my goals for when I grow up and my feelings and I just want to thank you, thank you so much for helping me. Honestly, you are still so young you are the same age as one of my younger sisters im 18 in january and it hurts me to see how you are so young but you feel the need to ‘change’ due to others. Its not a bad thing ofcourse but the reasoning isnt good, if you want to change for the better do it for you, I know you say you are overweight but that doesnt mean ugly or unhealthy!! If you feel as if you want to lose weight definitely don’t resort to not eating just try eating healthier, instead of snacking on chocolate snack on fruits! Also, when you are dehydrated your body gives the feeling of hunger so have u ever ate and still felt hungry? You may actually be thirsty not hungry so try drinking after you eat and see after 30 mins, its not about not eating its just about eating healthier nowadays theres so much bad things in foods that make ppl bloat, feel tired/sluggish and then they blame themselves thinking they need to eat less etc when it reality they just need food replacements!! I’m not saying u have to do this I’m just makimg sure u dont resort to what some people may say by eating less since you are still very young and no matter what anyone says u need to be eating food in order to grow! Growing up I wasnt doing that and now I am severely underweight I went to the doctors last week and was told so Im almost 18 and have the body weight of a 10 year old and I wouldnt want that to happen to anyone which is why im taking the steps to improve my diet, you dont have to ‘eat more’ or ‘eat less’ its all about what you put! Also, unless your personality has things such as you bully people, your rude and selfish (selfish in a bad way) or anything in that type of negative way then you dont need to focus on changing your personality as it makes you who you are I was bullied for my personality but I never changed it because you will find the right people and friends that are like u and accept you for you, youre still young and have sososo much people to meet still, sometimes people mix personality and mindset. If you want to be more productive and not feel insecure etc then maybe mindset shift is better!! ur personality should always be who you are, and mindset just helps you with confidence and knowing your worth you have so much to learn which you will overtime but confidence comes as the time passes and what you can do now is enjoy ur life in the present and be a kid because ur still so young bae, and im sure youre so beautiful i hope you have someone that you can look up to an older sister/mum/youtubers because everyone needs that and someone they can talk to if you need help with anything too idm if you want my instagram or snapchat tiktok anything you can always ask bc you remind me of my sister soso much and I would hate to know she feels like this as you are both young and shouldnt be caring about what other people think and hyper fixating on it because people who hate and judge do it to make themselves feel better about themselves and are usually the most insecure too, I hope i helped in any way bae

I recently was served a couple of your videos and they couldn't have come through at a better time. I've been in a personal renaissance for the past few months and everything you talk about in this video really rings true to the transformative power of a shift in mindset and doing the work. My life has done a total 180 since starting to implement small and positive changes. I cannot stress enough the importance of incremental change. It starts with how you talk to yourself, replacing the negative perceptions and expectations of others with how the things you need/want to do affect you personally. Once I let go of how others wanted me to do shit and started doing things my way, because it made me feel good to have them done, etc, it made the implementation of the measurable goals SO much easier! Whatever it is y'all are fighting, insecurity, doubt, trauma, you have the ability to heal and uncover your power again. I believe in y'all

I feel all of my feelings. I am curious. I am a leader! 3: I wake up and 9 or 10am. I have something to encourage me to wake up at this time; maybe an exciting breakfast. I am doing something to make revenue. I am doing a creative hobby. I am teaching others in some way. I am healing. I am planning my week, loosely. I am spending quality time with friends. 4: I am surrounded by those with similar backgrounds. I am surrounded by people of different cultures. I am surrounded by people with similar interests. I’ve tried so many times to get into working out. I made workout plans, failed, made a new one, failed and so on. But now i started something completely new and not something anybody reccomenda but its what has worked for me. I made a plan to like workout 10 times in 21 times and Then the exact days and what workouts i was gonna do. That is what has worked for me bcs i love competetion and planning so its the perfect sollution for me. I love ur videos and ur the one who made me realise what works and what dont work for me. This channel inspired me to go to the gym more: I’m particularly lucky where there’s free group fitness at multiple times every day of the week at my gym, and next week I’m starting a 6 week gym journey! I also joined a dance class and am learning so many styles of footwork (tango, cha cha, waltz, salsa, etc) and it really does make you feel more energetic when you are moving your body:)

hii, the 5 questions you listed for shadow work was just manifesting questions not shadow work. shadow work is working on your shadow (stuff that you hide from others due to trauma, insecurity etc) and coming in terms with it.

Helloo, it’s my first time watching your channel and I loved the energy emitted through your video as well as the advice you gave. I recently had surgery and before that I used to work on myself, always prioritize my mind, health and body, was confident, reading, learning a new language, was not letting other people disrespect me as well, and slept enough. Since my surgery, I started letting go of myself, overwork myself, sleep 3-4hours a day, feel severely stressed, barely take care of myself or even if I do, I am so sleepy that I do not put much care into it(the only thing I do still is shower morning and night because I have a fear of smelling bad as well as the fact that I cannot stand bad smells), on top of that I’ve started to let people treat me badly as well, (and even today I did, a “friend” of mine deliberately open my backpack and started using my stuff and once she was done, “asked” if she could borrow my stuff, and used even more than what she asked for but anyways)and I am realizing that I am genuinely feeling down. Watching this video made me feel so good about the fact that no matter the rut I am in, I can still get out of it. Moreover, I wanted to retake my tennis classes (I played for 6 years and stopped), I also want to keep consistent with the language I was trying to learn, and even take pottery classes because I’ve always wanted to do it, as well as horse riding (it’s a child’s dream of mine). There are a lot of things I want to do as well as going to the gym too. And I think it is now time for me to stop making excuses for myself and actually re-start my “better version of myself journey”. So thank you so much! As a 17 year old girl tiring myself from this age is really bad and I can see the negative aspects of it everyday. So thank you again for your motivation. I am right now going to take a walk (and will try to be consistent with it daily as long as the weather gives me the opportunity since I live in Canada 😭) while listening to your other videos. Im 14 going onto 15 and I was in the exact state u are in with the whole, not knowing what to do with yourself,no good reliable friends or persay family… and aswell as the whole mobile addiction. Your comment was 2 months ago maybe its changed! And wonderful if it has (for the better that is) if no I recommend set a certain time and limit to your screen time and figure out what you need to do then, like homework, catching up with friends/familt or just recommendations on TH-cam that will boost your mental health!! Also maybe take time with yourself, those friends clearly aint good for you and staying with them will only make it worse, maybe try a figure your self out and grow yourself more insead of making friends and it going nowhere or downwards :(. Also with the friends saying mean stuff, just know they say it bc there mostly insecure about them self’s and they project it all on to you so you feel bad bout your self and they get the better feeling yk? In 2024 I'm going to work to continue working out and getting stronger, keep my house clean and organised, work on my appearance and style and save money for a big holiday somewhere in the Autumn. Somewhere like Mexico or Argentina. I also want to work on my Spanish and read more. I joined a book club recently and I find being in the group is great for motivating me to read. For those who want to read but find it hard to concentrate because of internet, I highly recommend book groups, online or in-person. Thanks for the inspiration Lena!

This year I did this new thing where I tried to do at least one new thing every month. I had worse months but I did gained many new experiences. Some months I did bigger things like travelling or dubbing course, on the other I decided to set a better skincare, start reading or buying new high quality teas, dying my hair for the first time. It surely helped me to feel more confident and less stressed about aging.

Honestly, you are still so young you are the same age as one of my younger sisters im 18 in january and it hurts me to see how you are so young but you feel the need to ‘change’ due to others.
Its not a bad thing ofcourse but the reasoning isnt good, if you want to change for the better do it for you, I know you say you are overweight but that doesnt mean ugly or unhealthy!!
If you feel as if you want to lose weight definitely don’t resort to not eating just try eating healthier, instead of snacking on chocolate snack on fruits! Also, when you are dehydrated your body gives the feeling of hunger so have u ever ate and still felt hungry? You may actually be thirsty not hungry so try drinking after you eat and see after 30 mins, its not about not eating its just about eating healthier nowadays theres so much bad things in foods that make ppl bloat, feel tired/sluggish and then they blame themselves thinking they need to eat less etc when it reality they just need food replacements!! I’m not saying u have to do this I’m just makimg sure u dont resort to what some people may say by eating less since you are still very young and no matter what anyone says u need to be eating food in order to grow!
Growing up I wasnt doing that and now I am severely underweight I went to the doctors last week and was told so Im almost 18 and have the body weight of a 10 year old and I wouldnt want that to happen to anyone which is why im taking the steps to improve my diet, you dont have to ‘eat more’ or ‘eat less’ its all about what you put!
Also, unless your personality has things such as you bully people, your rude and selfish (selfish in a bad way) or anything in that type of negative way then you dont need to focus on changing your personality as it makes you who you are I was bullied for my personality but I never changed it because you will find the right people and friends that are like u and accept you for you, youre still young and have sososo much people to meet still, sometimes people mix personality and mindset.
If you want to be more productive and not feel insecure etc then maybe mindset shift is better!! ur personality should always be who you are, and mindset just helps you with confidence and knowing your worth you have so much to learn which you will overtime but confidence comes as the time passes and what you can do now is enjoy ur life in the present and be a kid because ur still so young bae, and im sure youre so beautiful i hope you have someone that you can look up to an older sister/mum/youtubers because everyone needs that and someone they can talk to if you need help with anything too idm if you want my instagram or snapchat tiktok anything you can always ask bc you remind me of my sister soso much and I would hate to know she feels like this as you are both young and shouldnt be caring about what other people think and hyper fixating on it because people who hate and judge do it to make themselves feel better about themselves and are usually the most insecure too, I hope i helped in any way bae

I have had a depression for so long because of my mental illness and now I'm finally going to a better direction with my health. I am going to start working out this week at home and I start with baby steps like once a week and when my energies increase I can do more. Your vibe and good energy, you really show that you are just a normal human so it really motivates me to do my best and go slowly to being the person I want to be.

Thank you for this!! I've been consistent for the past weeks!! You do actually see progress when you're consistent 🙂 This week and the next ones are very busy haha I'd rather laugh then cry and stress. I have to stay organised so I don't forget to take care of myself and my goals during those weeks, I think that's the challenging part. In these weeks I tend to prioritize work and overworking myself because that's the reality, but! I'll find a way to still do things to take care of myself and not put aside my goals.

You are an inspiration! I'm 28 years old and I live in a small bachelor, unable to afford a bigger place. After getting out of an abusive relationship last year, my life got turned upside down. I've been trying my best to turn it around into a life that I love. You've been so helpful! I still struggle with some aspects of my life, and I'm sure it will come around. I recently was served a couple of your videos and they couldn't have come through at a better time. I've been in a personal renaissance for the past few months and everything you talk about in this video really rings true to the transformative power of a shift in mindset and doing the work. My life has done a total 180 since starting to implement small and positive changes. I cannot stress enough the importance of incremental change. It starts with how you talk to yourself, replacing the negative perceptions and expectations of others with how the things you need/want to do affect you personally. Once I let go of how others wanted me to do shit and started doing things my way, because it made me feel good to have them done, etc, it made the implementation of the measurable goals SO much easier!
Whatever it is y'all are fighting, insecurity, doubt, trauma, you have the ability to heal and uncover your power again. I believe in y'all

I’ve tried so many times to get into working out. I made workout plans, failed, made a new one, failed and so on. But now i started something completely new and not something anybody reccomenda but its what has worked for me. I made a plan to like workout 10 times in 21 times and Then the exact days and what workouts i was gonna do. That is what has worked for me bcs i love competetion and planning so its the perfect sollution for me. I love ur videos and ur the one who made me realise what works and what dont work for me. Helloo, it’s my first time watching your channel and I loved the energy emitted through your video as well as the advice you gave. I recently had surgery and before that I used to work on myself, always prioritize my mind, health and body, was confident, reading, learning a new language, was not letting other people disrespect me as well, and slept enough. Since my surgery, I started letting go of myself, overwork myself, sleep 3-4hours a day, feel severely stressed, barely take care of myself or even if I do, I am so sleepy that I do not put much care into it(the only thing I do still is shower morning and night because I have a fear of smelling bad as well as the fact that I cannot stand bad smells), on top of that I’ve started to let people treat me badly as well, (and even today I did, a “friend” of mine deliberately open my backpack and started using my stuff and once she was done, “asked” if she could borrow my stuff, and used even more than what she asked for but anyways)and I am realizing that I am genuinely feeling down. Watching this video made me feel so good about the fact that no matter the rut I am in, I can still get out of it. Moreover, I wanted to retake my tennis classes (I played for 6 years and stopped), I also want to keep consistent with the language I was trying to learn, and even take pottery classes because I’ve always wanted to do it, as well as horse riding (it’s a child’s dream of mine). There are a lot of things I want to do as well as going to the gym too. And I think it is now time for me to stop making excuses for myself and actually re-start my “better version of myself journey”. So thank you so much! As a 17 year old girl tiring myself from this age is really bad and I can see the negative aspects of it everyday. So thank you again for your motivation. I am right now going to take a walk (and will try to be consistent with it daily as long as the weather gives me the opportunity since I live in Canada 😭) while listening to your other videos.
