INGREDIENTS :
(HINDI)
---- पाथिरी ----
चावल का आटा - १ कप
नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - १ छोटा चम्मच
---- स्पेशल आलू की सब्जी ----
चना दाल - १ छोटा चम्मच
उडद दाल - १ छोटा चम्मच
सौंफ - १ छोटा चम्मच
काली मिर्च - १५ से २०
धनिया दाना - १ छोटा चम्मच
सूखी लाल मिर्च - ५, साबुत
खाद्य तेल - २ चम्मच
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
कढी पत्ता - १० से १५ पत्ते
प्याज (मध्यम आकार) - १, कटा हुआ
आलू (उबले हुए) - २५० ग्राम
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १।२ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
(ENGLISH)
---- Pathiri ----
Rice flour - 1 cup
Salt - ¼ tsp
Edible Oil - 1 tsp
---- Special Aloo Sabzi ----
Split Chickpeas - 1 tsp
Split Black gram - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - 15 to 20
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Dried Red Chilli - 5, whole
Edible Oil - 2 table spoon
Black Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Curry leaf - 10 to 15 leaves
Onion (medium size) - 1, chopped
Potato (boiled) - 250 gm
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp

All pickles too I have tried.The one made from lemon pickle,I even made it for my friend.All preparations including sweets, like kaju roll, kaju katari are all yum. But I do wish you would make all kinds of pasta for us.
