Gotta love people saying "But you didnt explain properly Epitah" When it literally just lets you see 10 seconds in the future and Diavolo cant use it in succession. On top that Diavolo cant really do any shit against a Counter Attack if Diavolo doesnt attack first. Tiger Drop for the win "But he can just time erase and he will become intangible, not being able to be hit during it and will move out of the way and prepare a counter attack" Diavolo also cant use Time Erase consecutively and literally cant do jack shit when Kiryu can just Tiger Drop which gives I-Frames, and since Kiryu is a true gamer, he is ready for Diavolo teleporting around as if he is playing with lag, add the fact Kiryu can just move faster than light (something that at this moment only Star Platinum in Stone Ocean says it does), and King Crimson is cooked. Add in the fact that King Crimson has a shitty E for Range and a shitty E for Stamina, once Kiryu catches him, he is cooked, and if Diavolo tries skipping time to become intangible, he cant do shit mid Kiryu's combo as Diavolo cant keep his power up forever. On top on Kiryu being able to get out of his range and enter it as he pleases with his superior speed and ranged attacks I am not gonna sugarcoat it, Tiger Drop beats all, King Crimson literally cant touch Kiryu when Kiryu himself is reading Diavolo's next moves and just preparing to toss the craziest setup ever seen to mankind. City level is... contentious, but he _does_ take some massive hits without nearly as much damage as they should do. Like being near the epicentre of the Millenium Tower explosion in Yakuza 1.
@@thomasthecoolkid7228 Majima is a beast in kiwami and going back to my 4 argument Saejima is definitively shown to be stronger than Kiryu but Kiryu still beats him in their fights and don't even TRY to say it's because he's injured because Saejima goes onto beat Majima in a fight the next day. So either Majima is so weak he lost to an injured Saejima which isn't likely or Kiryu has a technique that allows him to easily take care of threats much stronger than him. OH wait he fucking does the tiger drop which he SPAMS in that fight. You can't tell me tiger drop is gameplay only at this point Kiryu slams Diavolo
Another feat we can give Kiryu is that in yakuza 5 Majima moves so fast he creates 5 clones of himself. I don't even know how god damn fast that is but considering kiryu defeats majima every time he's comparable, so we can consider him at least light speed if we take that stupid feat

Its clearly a joke video, kiryu is very strong, but with cutscenes he's like large building level and hypersonic and with gameplay and sub-stories he's maybe FTL and (very inconsistent) town level, the only way this would be fair is if we used the fist of the north star game RGG made.

Kiryu stand name ideas: Receive you So Much More (Named after Haruka) *FEEL THE HEAT* (my personal fav) I suck at making names, and sadly Judgement is already taken sooooo that’s the best you’ll get out of me. FEEL THE HEAT’s Ability - Kiryu radiates a blue aura, and while this aura is visible, Kiryu becomes as powerful as Star Platinum in its prime. When enraged, this aura will turn red, indicating that he’s a bit angy and is about to beat the living hell out of you. Secondary Ability: Receive You - Kiryu enters a stance, where his aura fades away. If an attack is directed towards Kiryu, he punches it so hard that it the attack goes back to the attacker at 2x the power. (Unless if it’s infinite or zero, it goes back at the same force. Also negates any damage done to Kiryu if he successfully punches said attack) I know pretty much nobody is gonna read all that, but if you did, thank you for doing so even if what I posted is in fact cringe.
Kiryu has INSANE willpower and fighting instinct, if he ever got a stand it would probably be very powerful and match up to Star Platinum since Kiryu and Jotaro are both very similair. Kiryu would be the best candidate for a stand. The question is, would Kiryu even use or need his stand?
@@chongleeching1626 ok tbh I was thinking of epitaph as was used in the risotto fight, which isn't exactly a fair judgement considering predictions are set in stone only without king crimson.

This is probably my new favourite chewiedog1 video because it has the highest amount of persona content. Also its a good and funny video about yakuza and jojo i guess, not that that matters.
Nah the simplest way to explain king Christmas is that it separates the user from fate for 10 seconds and then erased that 10 seconds from record. If I'm fated to punch you in the face and then eat the snickers you have in your pocket in the span of 10 seconds and i activate the stand, you will be punched and your snickers eaten but I will have nothing to do with it since it was just fated to happen anyway at that moment in time.
I'd say Diavolo just blitzes and King Crimson would just protect him from everything Kiryu does, even if Liryu could see KC. This would be a battle of attrition that Kiryu would eventually lose.
Nuh uh- Diavolo can't attack in Time Erase and Kiryu tiger drops any frame 1 attacks set up within TE, and heals any donut punches that might get through (a 'grab' attack like that would probably do around 35% of his HP on Legend) by opening his pause menu and consuming a Staminam Spark or 5 convenience store bentos in 0.000001 onoseconds. However, if we are scaling pre-Yakuza 5 Kiryu, then Diavolo, after being defeated, has a chance to grab a convenient gun on the ground and kill off a side character
You have absolutely no idea what Kiryu is capable of, and he can recover almost indefinitely thanks to the spirit of bodhisvata ability, his near infinite inventory of healing items which he can use faster that the speed of fucking light and the golden dragon defense ability which lets him BLOCK FUCKING BULLETS AND BLADES WITH HIS BARE HANDS WITHOUT THEM DOING ANY DAMAGE and i'm not even counting the tiger drop and the fact that in hokuto ga Gotoku he scales to motherfucking Kenshiro of all people, and I'm still not even considering equipment and weapons he might be carrying and the spirit of asura (literally full heal from just getting angry), heat actions (near instant special moves that have in many cases one-shot strong foes) or even the herculean spirit (literally get too angry to flinch at attacks like bullets, swords, fucking real tigers pouncing, a fucking car ramming him and literal grenades). John Yakuza is too op
Every stand has minimal light speed attacks and reaction speed. King Crimson can see 10 seconds into the future and can skip time (he could place himself at a better position and confuse Kiryu). And finally he cuts thru people like butter.

He tiger drops *during* the time skip
That superman scene from JL, but it's Kiryu doing tiger drop at full speed
Time skip prevents people from making decisions during it.
Unfortunately, Kiryu had already decided to *kick Diavolo's ass*.
@@somejerk5662 Using Tiger Drop or changing where he's going is still a decision, sadly
Diavolo's time skip works by making himself intangible from ANY attack for up to 10 seconds and then he can skip it then do an attack (while the time skip is active the enemy still moves normally as if he is still there), and can skip that action and make it so the enemy had just not used their attack or they teleported.
Cutscene Kiryu would die easily
Gameplay Kiryu would fold Diavolo neg diff then transition to a cutscene where Kiryu doesn't kick the gun away from Diavolo

I love the idea that even if Diavolo managed a successful assassination on Kiryu, he would just i-frame the damage anyways.
Gotta love people saying "But you didnt explain properly Epitah"
When it literally just lets you see 10 seconds in the future and Diavolo cant use it in succession. On top that Diavolo cant really do any shit against a Counter Attack if Diavolo doesnt attack first.
Tiger Drop for the win
"But he can just time erase and he will become intangible, not being able to be hit during it and will move out of the way and prepare a counter attack"
Diavolo also cant use Time Erase consecutively and literally cant do jack shit when Kiryu can just Tiger Drop which gives I-Frames, and since Kiryu is a true gamer, he is ready for Diavolo teleporting around as if he is playing with lag, add the fact Kiryu can just move faster than light (something that at this moment only Star Platinum in Stone Ocean says it does), and King Crimson is cooked.
On top on Kiryu being able to get out of his range and enter it as he pleases with his superior speed and ranged attacks
I am not gonna sugarcoat it, Tiger Drop beats all, King Crimson literally cant touch Kiryu when Kiryu himself is reading Diavolo's next moves and just preparing to toss the craziest setup ever seen to mankind. Kiryu can even replicate Vento Aureo ending by tossing Diavolo in the river, insta killing him, or even just punching him in the face once, which would knock Diavolo out

Okay I def need to hear the light speed argument for Kiryu, gotta take notes…
I haven’t finished the video yet, but Kiryu does in fact have the power to punch through stone. I think it was Yakuza 2/Kiwami 2 where Kiryu literally punches through a stone statue like paper.
He punches a solid marble statue and breaks it in one punch, yes
10:42 I love your example being punching sharks and not LEAPING FROM THE ROOFS OF BUILDINGS ONTO SHORTER SECTIONS OF THE BUILDING TRAVELING 20 FEET DOWN AND 15 FEET AWAY UNSCATHED (yakuza 4) or TANKING HITS FROM CITY LEVEL PUNCHES (Majima Fight kiwami 1)
@@fallaciousUnion Saejima being strong enough to match Kiryu even when injured just shows how strong he is
Another feat we can give Kiryu is that in yakuza 5 Majima moves so fast he creates 5 clones of himself. I don't even know how god damn fast that is but considering kiryu defeats majima every time he's comparable, so we can consider him at least light speed if we take that stupid feat

@boxboy3022 Truth be told. Most jojotubers always seem to ignore epitaph or brush it aside as "not being enough" when talking about diavolo. As if seeing a future that can not be changed is not a huge advantage lol
Epitaph would've shown him getting slammed by kiryu
Its clearly a joke video, kiryu is very strong, but with cutscenes he's like large building level and hypersonic and with gameplay and sub-stories he's maybe FTL and (very inconsistent) town level,
the only way this would be fair is if we used the fist of the north star game RGG made.
@@tmdiz4579 but that is the point of epitah it shows diavolo what is fated to happen so if it is not beneficial for diavolo he can skip past that moment hence changing his fate

Receive you
So Much More (Named after Haruka)
*FEEL THE HEAT* (my personal fav)
I suck at making names, and sadly Judgement is already taken sooooo that’s the best you’ll get out of me.
Secondary Ability:
Receive You - Kiryu enters a stance, where his aura fades away. If an attack is directed towards Kiryu, he punches it so hard that it the attack goes back to the attacker at 2x the power. (Unless if it’s infinite or zero, it goes back at the same force. Also negates any damage done to Kiryu if he successfully punches said attack)
I know pretty much nobody is gonna read all that, but if you did, thank you for doing so even if what I posted is in fact cringe.

Diavolo: Use King Crimson’s time skip.
Kiryu: That’s rad
