I’ve had to deal with a medical emergency I work on the train it definitely matured me as a person I still think about it today it wasn’t a passenger it was a colleague which was harder it happened on the Santa trains I learnt how to keep calm in situations like that but it was scary especially when you’re in between stations and I do feel more confident about myself
Bit of a correction. BA do not operate out of all London airports. They do not operate out of Luton or Stansted. Heathrow, Gatwick and London City yes.
I travel with BA extensively and have always wondered what sort of information is contained about passengers on the ipad's the cabin crew use. Can you tell us what sort of detail is kept on the ipads? Many thanks
Hey Ma'am.I have been invited for the virtual assessment day. Will you able to say some of the important tips to be taken care off as well as ,as I am an Indian what all documents to be carried
Hiya! I don't remember if it was in this video or a different video, but I remember you once said that you initially got rejected because you didn't have enough customer service work experience. How much customer service experience did you have when they hired you? Thank you 😊
Hallo girl ! I have one question. I applied online for British airways, did the online assessment and they sent me e mail to go for the interview in some of their offices. What should I expect ..? And is the Company providing accomodation for the crew ..,?
Hello i want to ask a few questions for my assignment about British Airways , bcs i have been searching it everywhere but i can found the answer , so my question is what is the award that are given to the cabin crew upon completion? hoping that you can help me
I rlly wanna work for BA. Do u have to wear makeup or dyu have a choice? I barely wear makeup and I’m not willing to wear it for every shift If I’m a full timer!😬
Iv been looking into doing this but people been advising me not sort of job i can do with children. So kinda has through me off bored. Do you know if many cabin crew have children? X
Love the vid I was wondering did you travel with the same flight attendants with the same destinations every month or was the flight attendant crew different every flight
Do you think knowing sign language would give you an advantage when applying to be cabin crew. I'm 5'1 and I know their minimum is 5'2 so I was hoping that having a really good CV would boost my likeliness of being hired. How tall are you?
Jade Grobler When you apply for the job, i think, they look at your cv and see if your r the best to fit the role. If you make it past that stage they will then check if you are eligible for the job. Although you are 5'1 you may be accepted if you can carry out safety procedures and other stuff correctly. Im not 100% sure but this is what they do for a pilot and i am one. Hope i helped
are you allowed to transfer from one airport to another? i have an interview for gatwick but somewhen down the line id like to move to heathrow, is that allowed or would i need to start a new application for heathrow if i was successful?
Hey again Ellie 💕 I’m not sure if you know the answer to this but whats the differences in working from Gatwick and Heathrow? I was pretty certain that I wanted to apply for Heathrow but now I’ve had someone recommend Gatwick so I’m not sure which to go for! Thanks chick! x
Hey. Thanks for this video...really informative. I applied for BA back in Feb and got through to the interview. I wasn't successful. 😔 I've got enough customer service experience, I just screwed up the interview due to nerves. I'll be re-applying in August!
@@EllieBennettx Hi Ellie. Thank you! 😊 I was demoralised after not passing the final hurdle. It took me a little while to recover, but looking forward to re-applying in August as I'll have more experience in what to expect and I'll have something else to offer BA in the interview. ☺ It's all about the interview technique. I can't believe how nervous I was!
So excited to watch this!! ♥️
JosephMiddleton hope you enjoy ❤️

Hey! I was just curious if at the start of your FA career you’d get to fly to asian countries etc or if its just smaller places etc?:)
Ellie may I ask: which Heathrow Travelodge did you use - the T5 one? There seems to be a few in that area.
I rlly wanna work for BA. Do u have to wear makeup or dyu have a choice? I barely wear makeup and I’m not willing to wear it for every shift If I’m a full timer!😬

Love the vid I was wondering did you travel with the same flight attendants with the same destinations every month or was the flight attendant crew different every flight
She said in one of her videos that she would met amazing crew and probably never see them again. It is always different destination and differenr crew
Pia Cvitković Ok I was thinking it may be same crew for a month with same schedule then completely different next month

Hiya, it’s a hight restriction for safety so I’m not sure. I am 5’3.

Abbey Sutton Gatwick do a lot more short haul and go to more beach destinations etc Maldives and Heathrow are more business routes and city’s 💖
Do you think I have a chance of being hired if I don't have any work experience at all?
G LV I’d recommend definitely trying to get some experience beforehand
ThatsSoEllie thank you very much!

Adam Leeding umm if you mean for what do crew get a lot of, I was always going to joburg and Miami
