Do you drive around till you start marking fish or just looking for the correct depths . Never had any luck on this lake. Recently just got the flys to try out.
There’s no specific spots but I like to target no deeper than 40 ft. Most fish will either be suspending in 20-40 ft or be right at the bottom in 20-40 ft. This is just based on how I target them.
NICE ONES GUYS !!!! that's the one thing i haven't tried yet is TROLLING for them stripers... just tried the BOILS last year with some success ... but with my new trolling motor and a light boat 2021 Tracker Classic XL usually fish by myself So I can use the remote control an chill in the drivers seat trolling & sip'n a cold one 😎 ??? what do you guys run your MPH / SPEED at ??? and what pound Line do you like to use ??
@@ecstaticfishing thanks brother.... kewl I was on the right track then 👊 I was looking at ordering some 18# test couple days ago when my flies came in , but wanted to check with someone for advice / recommendation first 👌 thanks again 😎
From shore I would give a month. Unless you are fishing morning or evening. Right now you can catch these stripers on a jig head with a fluke or a buck tail during even and mornings. This is a fly with no weights only the hook. The leadcore line is what makes the fly sink. Thanks for watching
You have to have a lead core line. I believe suffix has a lead core fishing line that pulls your fly to your desired depth depending on trolling speed. Try to troll 2-4 mph
Awesome catched, Ryan😉
Gotta love flycore😎
Thanks bro. It sure is fun
what were you throwing out?
Shees! Good stuff bro! Slaying them zebras
Thanks bro. Gotta go out there with you aha

Awesome. Glad to hear. We are usually trolling about 2-4 mph. We are running leadcore line in 18 lb test I believe. Good luck out there

Need a boat or a motor on a kayak to catch fish here.
That can be true but there are times where you can also catch on the shore. Good luck fishing
