Coconut Water Coolers - Three Flavors
Coconut Water is very healthy, but not something people drink everyday. May be at the beach or while roaming on streets, you end up having it. But now you can have 3 flavors of Coconut Water Coolers this Summer. Very refreshng twist with Lemon, Watermelon and Pinepapple Flavors. I have used the coconut inside meat (malai) in it as well. Enjoy.
Ingredients :
1.5 lime juice
1.5 tsp sugar (optional/as per taste)
Some mint leaves (pudina)
Some finely chopped coconut meat/tender coconut
Tender coconut water
2 tbs pineapple juice
Some finely chopped pineapple
2 tbs fresh watermelon juice
Some finely chopped watermelon
Coconut meat/tender coconut cut into julienne
Method :
Take a shaker, to make Coconut Lime cooler, add 1/2 lime juice
Add 1/2 tsp sugar (optional/as per taste)
Add some cut mint leaves (pudina)
Add some finely chopped coconut meat/tender coconut
Add tender coconut water, shake well and pour into a glass
To make Coconut Pineapple cooler, add 1/2 lime juice in shaker
Add 2 tbs pineapple juice
Add some finely chopped pineapple
Add some cut mint leaves (pudina)
Add 1/2 tsp sugar (optional/as per taste), shake well and pour into another glass
To make Coconut Watermelon cooler, add 1/2 lime juice in shaker
Add 1/2 tsp sugar (optional/as per taste)
Add 2 tbs fresh watermelon juice
Add some finely chopped watermelon
Add some cut mint leaves (pudina), shake well and pour into 3rd glass
Further add ice cubes in all 3 glasses
Add coconut meat/tender coconut cut into julienne in all glasses
Pour tender coconut water
Top with a mint leave and a piece of pineapple, watermelon and lime in 3 glasses
To serve it in coconut, add watermelon base, ice cubes, coconut meat cut into julienne and coconut water
Decorate with a small umbrella on top
And then your Super Healthy Summer Coolers with Fresh Tender Coconut Water ready!!!
