Heartfelt thanks to the comrades participating in the parade. It is heartbreaking when it rains on the parade. But Safety First. I guess Cat 1 was the deciding factor. Lots of sweat had been lost during the training and rehearsals but there was no opportunity to put the efforts on show. I'm positive that it would have been a great parade.
