Welcome to Manchester..hope you really settled down ,adjustment is required in lot of different areas ,culture,weather ,climate,,don’t get a chance to haggle.,missing domestic help ,adjusting to bland colours in UK where as in India probably you are used to off very bright colours.it will take time but you will adjust .you will also realise how much self dependent you will become .you have beautiful features ,your complexion and skin texture will adjust to new environment ie lot of moist in the air
