@@lucehleblanccompletely wrong. a word of advice, if all you look for is bad cops chances are you’ll only find bad cops. look for something else for a change and watch unedited body cam footage. News sources have a habit of tweaking footage to either make bad cops look good or good cops look bad.
A "Code 3" for police officers typically means that they need to respond to a situation with lights and sirens, indicating an emergency that requires immediate action. When there's an added request for a supervisor, it means that along with the emergency response, the situation also requires the presence of a higher-ranking officer to provide oversight or make critical decisions. This could happen in more complex or high-stakes situations, such as when there's a serious crime, a use of force incident, or a potentially volatile scene. That’s why Officer Stanton looked at Officer West like HE was the crazy one.
Body Cam footage like this should be investigated by PD to reevaluate whether or not a cop is fit to serve. Kid had headphones which would have explained why he didn’t listen to him at first and even in this clip he was told multiple times, even by his own peers, that he’s wrong but clearly his ego wants to arrest an innocent family trying to protect themselves. I know it’s just a show but it happens and it should not be tolerated.
I don’t know what’s worse: the way this cop is portrayed as completely power-hungry and incompetent or the fact that there’s videos of actual police officers acting much worse.
We must be glad that we can watch movies like this,in the safety of our homes.Thank you to every person in the criminal justice system who enjoy their jobs and treat all people with humanness.

Cops apologizing is the most unbelievable part. They ALWAYS circle around and form a shield wall to protect their own.
No they don't, stop perpetuating bullshit
This is a movie. NONE of it was real.
Im going to try to appeal to the smaller fact of this and say that, most cops, even if they are sincerely apologetic and all that and are actual decent people, are unionized, therefore *have* to defend their positions to keep their jobs. Unions usually tell you to not say anything without them being present, theyre basically lawyers but for the workforce.
Cops "too often" form a shield to protect each other... but I have also seen videos of good policing. Most are 'probably' OK.. buy admit too many are bad.
@@robjo5954 unfortunately it is one of those jobs that people are drawn to for the wrong reasons. And kind of like teaching or camp counselor attracts a different kind of sicko... that doesn't mean that job isn't vital to a peaceful civilization. That kind of cop makes the entire police force look bad.
You ever watch S.W.A.T tv show you'll see a WHOLE lot of it
I would also say the people defending him make the force look bad. Which is uh, the entire force. Trust when I tell you, "good guys" don't stay cops long, they either quit, are fired, or are killed by their fellow cops. Sean Suiter, Stephen Mader, Andrea Health, etc etc.
The entire police force IS bad.
The training is ONLY 4-6 months
They aren't taught psychology
They have protected immunity when they do bad stuff...
weird how these cops never seem to face any punishment…..
He goes from playing Superman to rogue cop. Brandon you have fallen very far.
IIRC body cam footage was what got this bastard fired later in the series
I don’t know what’s worse: the way this cop is portrayed as completely power-hungry and incompetent or the fact that there’s videos of actual police officers acting much worse.
You know it’s a good actor when they make you mad
We must be glad that we can watch movies like this,in the safety of our homes.Thank you to every person in the criminal justice system who enjoy their jobs and treat all people with humanness.
