We used to ride sand toys at Buttercup dunes 18 miles west of the Arizona/California border, there are the large metal border walls in many spots, but some spots the only thing is a plastic stake in the sand that says "Unites States of America on one side and Republic of Mexico on the other, we on one occasion came back to camp from there and were surrounded by a dozen border patrol vehicles who had been watching us be drone, we did nothing wrong, but they thought they observed some sort of drug smuggling or something, nothing like that happened. I appreciated the ability to see something I haven't seen before... @@CT-vm4gf shouldn’t you be out with your buddies gluing yourselves to a freeway?
@@jburnett8152 there’s a warm place in hell for that man.
this was a problem all over the usa but they are now closing the combined sewer outlets around where I live. they have been spending the last 10 years or so welding outlets shut and adding lift stations
The helicopters are based out of the Navy Outlying Landing Field at the IB airport.
I appreciated the ability to see something I haven't seen before... That said, I somehow think if you were to walk right up to the fence from the other side being clearly from ANY other country they would roll out the red carpet and hand you a credit card and whatever else you wanted. They aren't exactly enforcing ANY border restrictions in This Country right now. They are just trying to look busy.
They probably watch movies all day long, waiting for their pension
Thank you ❤ much love from Cleveland Ohio
Hi Chris,
I was here in the comments without one.
🤠👍
@Mobile Instinct==Didn,t see ONE BEER CAN on the floor in 10 minutes of viewing allready!!!! And NOT A SOUL AROUND!!!!! What a peaceful/no TRAFFIC with CARS making POLLUTION=not a bad looking area☆☆☆☆NOTE= is that background sounds of ELVIS singing FUN IN ACAPULCO?????
Very educational.
Never forget what rfk jr. discovered on his visit: 2-4am the onslaught and rush over the border ensues!!
Years ago I visited TJ. Stayed at a B&B owned by a Retired American. Since he was still an American Citizen, he lived on his Social Security (quiet comfortably) . Many Americans do this. I LOVE the markets in TJ so Many good deals due to the US $ strength. Also, nice to have a local guide take you to AUTHENTIC restaurants away from the tourist traps.
Wonder why Border Patrol doesn't use drones instead of expensive helicopters ?!
Maybe they do use drones but drones are not as noisy and so small you couldn't see them as well. I would think anything that flies is used.
the hills have eyes period
Have a sumptious holiday and a guardian angel to you always, my handsome man!!🎁🎄🎆🎊🎄✨💋💝
I'm shocked they didn't try to stop you or even talk to you!
Yep and given tax payer funded benefits.
Why are you shocked? Have you had your head in the sand for four years?
If you can try to do an interview with border security, I want to hear their thoughts on it
Border "security" are more focused on fondling people's private areas at airports than actual border security.
The helicopters are always flying around because in imperial beach there is a naval airstation where they train pilots ❤
I live on the mexico side right above where you were
funny they call that a park..That old building with a chainlinked "cage" might of been some sort of detention area for "runners"...interesting tho, thanks for sharing your travels with us.
That's because your right next to Ream field a USNAVY helicopter base connected to the north island navy base and the new seal team training site
Looks like old jails with the bars in the window 🪟 from back in the old day
Thank you 👍.
There is a great(safe) border crossing in Big Bend National Park! A short row boat ride and donkey ride gets you into town. Boquillas del Carmen, Mexico
The dead guy must have been a construction worker, his hardhat is on his marker 😂🌮
