Retro Polka Concert Featuring Full Circle, Black Rock, Buffalo, New York

  • Put on your dancin shoes and get ready for a truly cool time at one of Buffalo's best kept secret venues.
    On Saturday October 27th, The Polish Cadets at the corner of Amherst & Grant Streets in Black Rock will host a concert & dance featuring national polka supergroup Full Circle. The band is comprised of members of the National Polka Music Hall of Fame including Lenny Gomulka, Al Piatkowski, Jimmy Weber, Mike Matousek and polka veterans Mike Stapinski & Roger Malinowski. The show will also feature the music of the Buffalo Touch for a night of non-stop polka party fun.
    This will be a night of authentic music, Polish food, beer and spirits in one of Buffalo's most storied neighborhoods.
    The Polish Cadets was founded in 1899 with the help of nearby Assumption Church. The current building was constructed in 1913 and has been a social hub ever since. The focus of the Club has been on providing a place where gatherings can take place in an atmosphere of peaceful co-existence. Both novices and polka pros will talk about this gathering of so many legendary musicians for years to come.
