It's very interesting what you are saying. The same thing happens to me. I happen to watch and memorize lots of words in English and understand those words watching other words. But there's no one with whom I can practice my speaking skills so I don't know which is my English level. I love both the American English and the British one but I have to talk with someone in English. That is my problem. Just the same thing that happens to me also with Russian. Even if I understand perfectly Russian and I am able to explain myself in Russian 90% in English I do it 70% . Thank you very much. Hope to be able to go to Us and improve my English speaking skills.

Marinka, in the US nobody should have trouble with accent. This state as you know exist for only about 200 years after Anglo-saxons had killed the local Indian inhabitants. 70 % of the so called american nation are Jews. So I ask you where should we serch the proper people in the US to find the right american pronunciation? Only do not ignore my question and please answere. I could write this comment after I had watched more then a half of your videos on your english channel - good work Marinka, I have been mooving myself forward with my English skills with your help, at least I do have such a hunch.
