【Synopsis】Wei Lin, a rough and illiterate female general, marries the frail and sickly young master of the Gu family, Gu Mingzhu, in a desperate attempt to clear the unjust accusations against the late Crown Prince. Really enjoyed this funny, fast-paced rom-com. I had a smile on my face for most of the scenes, even if some were over the top, I had a good laugh. This drama was a lot better than more expensively produced dramas, and I compliment the crew, director, screenwriters, producers, actors, and those who did the subtitles. I really like the style and professionalism of this minidrama. I would give it 9 stars,

I actually like c dramas precisely because there are many different types of ends for all types of audience and not just the typical happy end.😊 Sad endings, tragic ends, misterious endings, confusing endings, bitter sweet endings, endings that announce a possible continuation etc.😂 My favorite endings are the bitter sweet ones.😂

This is so far my favourite short drama. Storyline is interesting and funny. ML and FL have really good chemistry. The ML acts well, he is cunning, psychotic, but genuine and passionate. Very attractive character.
I laughed my heart out especially during his confession at ancestors hall at the end!

I am highly impressed by the ML actor. He's able to be multiple faces on one complex character.
I like how the ML goes from adorkably cute to gleefully villainous in a heartbeat. This character reminds me of one of the MLs from Word Of Honour, Wen Kexing, who goes from commenting about the other ML, Zhou Zishu's flexible sword to frightening all of his 'Ghosts' with just a slight smirk on his lips.
Xu Zhen Xuan (Gu Ming Zhu/Jiang Juan character) was excellent in his role. Xu Zhen Xuan is talented and handsome, I hope to see him as the male lead actor in many more good dramas! `My Lady General` is a very good drama film with a great ending! The story was interesting and fresh and the actors all performed well.
He is talented and fine as Hell and has great acting chops.

The guy definitely has tons of talent, his switching from cute and adorable riffing on all the usual "FL" tropes to cunning, scheming and even almost psychotically obsessive during the scene where he tries to "persuade" the general to stay with him at all costs.❤️
Him and the FL had serious chemistry 🔥 and made me rewatch this particular drama over and over.

This was such a pleasant surprise… it’s been a while since I’ve seen a role reversal but main lead couple were so convincing and so adorable. There’s action humor romance…even a little enemy to love and ending was so cute and funny! I liked all the supporting actors too - usually supporting actors “over react” but they all were very chops. Definitely worth to watch this. Highly recommended!

I was sceptical about watching this but it was an oddly satisfying story. I mean you'll enjoy watching the whole thing with a smile on your face, and the ending was really cute so it will leave you satisfied. I really like endings where leads have kids by the end of the story and live happily ever after. after finishing it when you think about it you will realise that there was not much story in it. but keeping in mind that it's a mini-series put together in a movie length, they did a pretty good job. I liked it.

The 'ones who love the general fight' between Jiang Juan and Prince Yue starting after 1:43:40 is priceless!
Jiang Juan embodies the perfect 'chaotic neutral' of the 'may take your life, may steal your wife' variety.
This mini drama is so much fun! I really loved it and especially that scene stealer, the general's husband. The fl holds her own in this drama, she is an endearing character. For viewers who want background music, i saw this drama originally episode by episode and it had lovely music so you just need to look it up.

The princess and QiQi make a cute couple. But with her strong temperament she definitely has the upper hand in the relationship. No wander she gets along so well with general Wei, both have a similar temperament. 😂😂
such a cute and funny show with enemies to lovers. all their imaginations were too funny. the ML was too cunning and the FL was too obtuse. i laughed at how invested he was in his own fan fiction along with the sidekicks. it was also really funny when his side kick kept asking should we kill the General Wei now?

Xu Zhen Xuan acting is impressive. He portrayed amazingly both innocent and pure Gu Ming Zhu and cunning villain in love Jiang Juan.
For some reason FL looks much older than ML here. I don't have anything against age difference in relationship. Jing Tian is also older than Xu Kai but they look amazing together in Wonderland of Love. Of course, soul is more important than appearance, and in real life not everyone who deserves love can be graceful, beautiful and strong at the same time. But since it's a costume drama with martial arts I prefer to see girls like Zhou Ye, Jing Tian, Zhao Lusi or Guan Xiao Tong as FL. They all played female generals. Who said that you can't be graceful, beautiful and strong at the same time? Of course Yang Qi Ru is beautiful too and she played her role well, but I think she would look better with a bit rougher man who looks stronger and less graceful than Xu Zhen Xuan. Anyway it's an amazing drama I really enjoyed it and I think it's 1 of the best mini dramas I've seen.
I wish more beautiful roles for Xu Zhen Xuan. He's an exceptionally talented, handsome, amazing actor, and he made this drama worth watching. :) 🌸

I watched a long time ago Oh my general.😂 I had such a good laugh at the male lead expenses.😂 He was so petty and spoiled that he literally threat to harm himself when the general was taking care of her cousin. He actually sow the general's cousin as a love rival. Poor general was between stuck between those two spoiled, fragile and beautiful people that never give her a moment of peace when they shared the same house. 😂😂
