Samsung A52s, A73 5G, Xiaomi 13 and 12 Pro, iPhone 13 Mini... are really good value too, all in a similar or lover price point compared to the Pixel 7.

Best phone on the market at that price, heck I got mine for $500+ tax at Best Buy during a sale last month. Unlocked. I switched from a iPhone 12 Pro Max that took a crap on me. Been an iOS user since the 4S but now that I'm gone Google will be the only phone I will be going with from now on

@@sameenh7503 love my Pixel but use it as my secondary phone now next to my iPhone 12 Pro Max since I was able to fix for cheap. So the iPhone is my main phone while I keep the Pixel as my secondary phone. I honestly love the Pixel and believe it’s the better phone but my family, kids and friends are all on iOS so makes it easier to communicate with all of them using my iPhone.
What happened to your iPhone? And how are you enjoying your pixel so far I'm still kinda reluctant to get it since I'm kinda a power user.

Day one i got this phone because they pitched it good but this is the first phone has the most problems out of any phone ive had in the past from both Android and apple
Day 1 i had phone call problems where the volume glitch happened to me and it would drop calls left and right or blatantly decline them spam or not saying server disconnect
Then i fixed the disconnect problem and id get more problems presented like scrolling had a mind of its own and apps would just straight up crash
Then eventually i had my battery drop to the point of it would hit 10% in about 2 hours
And i sent it back because they wrote it off as a factory defect and sent another and its having problems now as well
The camera is nice but not that much better than a galaxy s20 or something like that only feature that stand out for the Google pixel 7 pro are the unblur and the ai if the ai decides to listen.
Also i agree completely with the people who talk about this phone because they only talk about the pros not the cons and or the bugs and how to fix them but they never work 😅

Mine didn't turn on one time, I freaked out cause even with restarting it, the phone didn't turn on. After like 10 minutes it finally turned on.
Stock android experience only getting from pixel. There is no ads. Camera unbeatable
I have a Pixel 7 as my work phone and it's great. I love the smaller form factor, the camera is great and performance is solid.
I've had so many different kinds of phones over the years. iPhones, Samsung, HTC, Blackberry, Motorola, Nokia, LG, all kinds of flip phones when I was younger......my Pixel 6a is the best phone I've ever had. I can only imagine how awesome the Pixel 8 is.
I traded in my Pixel 6 for the 7 because the deal a while back couldn't be beat. I think I upgraded to the 256GB 7 for like $40.
But I hate that the tap-the-back for screenshots and triple-tap-front for magnification is gone. I use both screenshot and magnify ALL THE TIME. Now I have to keep the annoying little magnifying glass bubble on the screen all the time, and it is constantly in the way. I have to keep moving the stupid bubble all day long.
Gone where? I still have the quick tap on my pixel 7 pro in the settings although I don't use it. It also never had triple tap from what I can remember, maybe you were using a third party app? And yeah, third party apps do exist which let you do the same thing on any android phone you like
I switched from an iPhone SE2 to a Pixel 7. It's been quite the transition, but I can see any everyone is singing Google's praises with this one.
I switched from an iPhone 12 Pro Max that had been nothing but problems since I've owned it. Love my new Pixel 7.
I've gotten sick of phones and they don't excite me and my 11 pro died on me. The pixel 7 meets all my needs. Probably my phone for the next 5 years

If you have a Pixel 7 or 8 get yourself a Ringke Onyx case. Feels great in the hand and doesn't add too much bulk.
Got mine today and was shocked to learn that it doesn't support fast charging. No reviewers mention that fact. The fingerprint unlock is also not really up to the competition either. The camera is good but in the side by side I did today, my older Huawei p30pro is BETTER. The Google algorithms trash the photos in auto mode, way over sharpened and white balance too cold and unnatural. I think the camera hardware is top notch, but I'm disappointed in the results so far.
The phone otherwise seems really really good, plenty of features and a very organic feel to to the interface.
Now however there's the news of the camera glass breaking, apparently related to temperature change. It might be a tempest in a teacup but it still leaves me feeling uneasy considering what my pixel 7 PRO cost.
It charges fast enough about 50% charge from less than 10% battery and it charged in like 25 minutes to 50% battery that's not bad at least in my opinion.
It will most likely get 5 years of support but it Wil probably only get new features for three year but that's everything you can ask and more from an android phone

120hz is missed. Plus it's massive with a case on. Also it still glitches and stutters occasionally. Also the fingerprint sensor is borderline unusable. However the camera is amazing! Best ever in a smartphone, and battery life is great. Depends what you want really (sent from my pixel 7)

Once you go for a Google pixel phone , you never coming backwards. Currently using a pixel 3 since 2 years & can't get rid of it even with shattered screen. I'm a bit hesitating between a pixel 6 pixel 7 or the upcoming pixel 8 🤷🏿♂️

Theres a sale going on at my Best Buy for the Pixel 7 for only $350, so it got me thinking if I should purchase one.
Do it. Got mine unlocked from target for a little over $400 on a target online order and I don't regret it one bit. You won't be disappointed

@@intellectualbricks4076 buy a case for it, it feels great in the hand but it's super slippery. If you live in a more rural area you may need to find an app that forces it to accept signal in 4G. I don't think there's anything else that other tech channels haven't covered already, esp MKBHD

The bugs like jittery youtube experience, gmaps is slower than is on ios.
Android auto way slower than apple carplay.
Photos are good but totally misses the focus at times, although sometimes it’s pure magic.

What about the extensive heating , slow charging and low cellular reception?
Heating does not occur in day to day usage.
But while using Camera, It get heated up pretty fast.
And i agree charging is freaking tooo sloww. My older phone (Redmi Note 5 pro) used to take 1:30 hr to charge and here pixel 7 takes more than 2:30 hr

I was super close to buying the pixel 7, had ordered the phone, case and screen protector. But the day before it was about to arrive, i read about how the camera glass cracks in colder climates, which isn't covered by warranty. So I cancelled my order and ordered an nothing phone 1 instead.
Wish i could've had the pixel 7, but still happy with my NP1 🙂

Don't buy #Pixel7Pro I am facing camera flicking issue on brand new phone .... When in tube lights or indoor lights the video which we shoot will flicker . There is no solution I found as of now .

Pixel. Absolutely Pixel. OnePlus is just not as user friendly, the camera can't compete and they have really, REALLY bad updates that take too long to roll out. And then there's the whole CCP China spying on OnePlus users through their phones news that broke this last week.
I use OnePlus but I'd say go for pixel 7. It's quite the best overall.

@@gnr1090 if you are after the audio (loudspeaker) personally, I like the OnePlus enough over the pixel. For the battery, I think the're almost the same. But to me pixel wins in a lot of aspects. Oneplus' camera is inferior if you conpare it to the pixel.
