You are richer than me😅. After my Mom passed away last yearI moved back into my family home and have been staying there while cleaning the place out and getting it ready for sale. Problem is my folks tool out a loan (reverse mortgage) on the place so the bulk of whatever I get for this place ends up going to.pay off the loan. In the meantime I am looking for a place to move to. New Jersey is a possibility if I can't find anything reasonable in New York. I feel bad about having to sell the house though, its been in the family for over 60 years but its just not financially feasible for.me to keep it. Who knows. I might end up moving into that old shed that you were filming...😅😅😅
I have a debt with ez pass I am trying to get paid from my days when I was a bit reckless and I am thinking of paying it off but I will be forced to go broke unless I take out a line of equity and have retired on social security 2100 per month and property tax is 12 grand and homeowner insurance goes up with each quarter. I took a pension lump sum and have crappie Medicare with one problem after another, seems like every 3 months another health issue is found, cataract pre diabetes 103 fasting psa inching higher and just 2 years ago nothing so I am not feeling good with it. Plus I have plumbing and electricity that is 85 years old and needs replacement. Finished attic has gypsum board from 1957 and has nails popped improper ventilation to blame a cracked foundation and I can go on and on
That old shack has electricity still..wow..wonder who is paying the bill..nice little park forest..hope you can go exploring..well the cops must have shared the money lol..too bad you could have paid your parking ticket and tow fee..it would have gone to waste anyways..just leaving it in a flooded basement..life..!!!
I lost the car from that. Car was worth 1500 and towing and storage was about that so I traded the car and the bill was forgiven and I bought the red Buick 900 and have it now going on 8 years, it was a 1992 sable 55,000 miles and just waiting for the Buick to blow and used cars all have a kajillion miles lately and are over priced but my neighbor fixing it for half price. He is a life saver but I have trouble finding parts for it and always have to order them and wait. New starter wheel bearings alternator brakes muffler system tires shocks struts and now the transmission is in need of a torque converter and might need a head gasket

I was wondering whether you can sell your car for something and buy a new one.. finance it..!!! just a thought.. again everything is soo expensive everywhere. I pray you get to some kind of solution. If you are monetized here we can play your list and add more watch hours .. all the best
