I think it is because we are on holidays, players are just playing either drunk or high asf, or maybe they are crying so much because they don't have loved ones that they can't actually see the screen, doing this kind of bs. Can't find any other rationale explanation, especially in smurf Q with plat players.
This series actually inspired me to play more teemo. It’s been fun making people disappear via shrooms of death. Love the vids keep up the fun and the climbs.
Should have up-voted Zilean at the end there, he latched onto you whenever you were around, looked like he knew you were the only hope from mid game. You should have given him more props for sure.
I think Zilean was fairly competent, just had the misfortune of being hooked up with a poor ADC. That Sylas though was clearly either carried to plat or bought a ranked account
There is no real difference in skill from Iron to Plat, the only difference in those two ranks is the amount of bot/smurf accounts purposely running it down to crash their MMR. Unironically Silver/Gold are easier to climb through than Iron/Bronze because of it.

Im beginning to wonder why anybody plays Sylas....i never see any Sylas player do anything good with him. Instead of copying other players ultimates, just pick a character with a good ult of their own.

I once checked my junglers match record while he was plat 2. He had 42 games in a row of negative KD and mostly really bad like 2,18 but somehow he gets carried enough to stay in plat. Its disgusting how those players don't get thrown down to iron or bronze where they should be

This is a prime example of the secret matchmaking riot puts in the game. If you are on a win streak they team you up with feeders so you don't climb. They stack the odds against and it is the reason I quit league.
Thats not how it works per se. More like an unintended result of bad MM system. The thing is the mmr of those players is actually silver gold, while a good smurf bronze silver player has a gold mmr. It results in these tragic situations ..

I was checking this game on League of Graphs and ffs, that Sylas has 140K M7 points so we can't say he hasn't played the champion before. 226 ranked games played standing at 49% winrate, the guy is turbo stuck in gold, barely making it to Gold 2. Yeah, Riot's matchmaking decided that Zwagmo was winning too hard, so lets give him an inting hardstuck gold and a clueless silver ADC against plats and golds that have better performance overall compared to their opponents.
@@tenou213 RossBoomSocks sometime ago made a video about how Riot nonchalantly confirmed that the algorithm was designed to keep you permanently playing by keeping you hardstuck, so you have to grind more and more and more It doesn't look intuitive or reasonable but oh boy, League's all chat is the deepest shithole in videogames, so yeah, it actually works. I'd rather lose because the other team was just better in the mechanics than being hampered because I get players that intentionally fucks with other people's games just for the sake of it.

I played Jax into a 500k mastery Teemo two weeks ago and got totally wrecked. If Teemo just holds onto Q and pokes you down it is a very tough lane. At least you roamed mine decided he wanted to not let me play
I'm convinced the math behind ELO/MMR/whatever is completely fubar. At almost every rank you have these people that literally look like they skipped the tutorial. It has absolutely gotten a lot worse over the years.
That Malphite reminds me of a match I had where the enemy Malphite would hide in bushes and just R Oneshot anyone who got close, literally Assassin Malphite.

Look I am not a great player, silver is the highest I have been and given i get games where i am up against golds, silvers and higher sometimes, my MMR suggests i should be around silver. yet I am in the gutter in iron, with one loss after another. I am not good enough to hard carry EVERY game.
