A friend and I enjoy fondue in her mother's old fondue set. She brings chewy bread and the cheese mixture, and I bring veggie and apple chunks and a bottle of red. 😋
Orange marmalade or orange juice concentrate mixed with KC Masterpiece is surprisingly good on pork chops and candied bacon. Yes grape jelly in barbecue sauce is yummy though back when it was popular I didn’t exist yet.
Lunchables aren’t bad for you. They taste good and fill you up well. Loved them in the 1990s but were a bit pricey. Oh, and Pesto is my favorite sauce but didn’t like Alfredo as a kid. What happened to SoBe? I don’t see them in stores anymore.

The booz diet thing reminds me of a german joke about beer (more carbs in that): 7 beer are a meal and after that you STIll didn't have a drink! XD And that "modern rendition" of bananas-ham-hollandaise shown was actually WHITE ASPARAGUS, which is a classic GERMAN dish. Nothing "modern" about it. Maybe check your pictures again ?
Instant potatoes are terrible, fake, and make Banquet and Swanson frozen meals unenjoyable. Stouffer’s uses real potatoes and yes you pay more for the better quality.

I believe in the Victorian era Aspic (gelatin) was a trend. They put all kinds of stuff in it. It was revived in the 60s

Cheerios and Blonde Oreos are very good. I disagree with Rhett and Link though you have to eat them fast but soggy doesn’t mean not tasty.
