Brown Rice - using the Philips HD2137 Multi Pressure Cooker

I'm trying to figure but mine is a bit of different model
it's the viva collection one
my father bought on a whim and but I'm the one need to figure how to use and is the pressure really that noisy?
I was surprised by the noise 😂

Would it not be better use the manual setting and use less cooking time
