40:28 Awesome show as always, and I ECHO the hope that TREY PICKENS has a strong play at guard, ESPECIALLY with the O-LINE coaching community that is working with him...Another standout I believe that is going be realized is DARIUS DAVIS, he's different and had a stellar college resume as a receiver...His speed if he becomes a developed receiver should be insane, with the balanced design of RUN AND PASS, this should seriously open his style of threat to a insane level...THANK YOU GUYS, GOD BLESS, AND BOLT UP...!
Joey Bosa is my pick for a career year impact on this team. If the D-line really disrupts, the defense could be effective enough to give the offense the slack needed to win a lot of games. I have to disagree strongly with both you guys because I think the receivers are simply not the most critical to enhancing this team's success. The offense will put points on the board. Justin will elevate the receivers he has. Knocking down the point totals needed is the key to this year and that *requires* the defensive front to make the opposing QBs panic and get the ball out of their hands.
Everybody with a job that catching the ball is a part of there job description... with Justin Herbert at the helm. The player does his job well enough for Herbert to throw him the ball they will be fine regardless of his age or position he plays. Herbert will make them better. Just like a good run game opens the passing game the good passing game with Harbaugh as head coach the opposite should be in affect as well. Count on Herbert spreading the ball around as equal between TE'S, recievers with a sprinkling of the running backs. I also predict at least two bombs minimum per game. And the defense, we will all know after the first pre-season game. And yes I do expect to see the 1st team play st least one series per game depending on the progress. I am surprised to hear people think D.J needs an at a boy.
If you go back to I think it was his last interview he gave. He said that you have to ask someone else if he'd consider himself as a leader on the team. To me he sounded stand offish about him actually thinking he was a leader on the team. Like he didn't think he had it in him to be one.
How is this even a conversation? If anyone has a career year that impacts the team the most it is Khalil Mack. He already has a DPOY year and if he surpassed that he probably breaks the single season sack record. That also means that we're going against a lot of teams in obvious passing downs meaning the Chargers are up late in the game and the opponent needs to drive down field fast. That means the pass rush is covering up a suspect CB room by getting hits often and before the other QB can get rid of the ball. And it would open up opportunities for every other person on the defense if teams are needing to double Mack and he is still racking in numbers. So the obvious obvious obvious answer for who impacts the team most with a career year is easily Khalil Mack.
Joey Bosa ! And I'm NOT talking about his best season , ever ? You just NEED at least 14 to 15 games & the stats will be there , I feel !

I think it would be DJ. If DJ has a great year means the guys around him are playing well.
Doldrum days indeed. The anticipation is beginning to be unbearable.

If every starting offensive lineman has a career year this team will win the division. 😊
