- I finally got around to making my very first Declutter With Me video! This is Part One of a Disney pin declutter. (I have to break it up into chunks because my Disney pin collection is just too big to tackle all at once!) There will be more decluttering videos happening this year - both Disney and non-Disney! I love that you can share this process with all of us to see, but it's also great for you because now you have a digital representation of the entire collection that you'll always be able to look back on!

I think it's cool to see how stuff means different things to different people. I tried to pick out what I thought you would keep before you said. I was right on most of it. I would have had to keep anything Ariel and Peter. I really enjoyed this video and I could feel the relief it brought you to start downsizing! Keep it up!
I’m surprised you didn’t keep the nesting dolls pin but I’m glad you’re being ruthless and continuing to go for your goal of peace

Decluttering videos are some of my favorite videos on TH-cam! They're so inspiring and rev me up to get rid of stuff that's not making me happy! I love the idea of this being a series!
Lol you just declutterd the pete tsum tsum from the chrsitmas set, like he was never anything to you......ah man good memories!! I want to buy that one!
I didn't think that this would make me emotional but I really got choked up when you said you were de-cluttering the Zootopia pins. You're so strong!

I don’t collect Disney pins but LOVE seeing your collection and now I’m going back and watching tons of your pin unboxings. While I don’t collect Disney pins I do collect pins as my travel souvenirs and just bought the pin books so I can finally get them organized.
I love the nesting dolls and It’s a Small World. I’m also a big fan of Snow White. But one of the pins that really caught my eye is the Lambert the Sheepish Lion pin. I’m adopted, and that short means so much to me-to see the bond between Lambert and his sheep mom.
Loved this pin declutter video and I like how you were strong and kept pins which had sentimental value. I look forward to your next declutter video. 😊

This entire video made me smile. I think I loved this way more than any unboxing video! I don’t know how you resisted the luggage tag pins (so cute! Especially Pooh ♥️) and the couple of Doug pins (Doug just makes me so happy, I’m starting a small side collection of Doug pins ♥️) Go you! For decluttering 😊

Favorites were the Peter Pan Map again and all the Doorways to Disney which I am feverishly hunting down myself. LOVED this video. It's exhausting being a collector, but so rewarding to curate the collection in the process of being a collector. I also loved the "sparks of joy" comment. I started going through my books as well. You're giving me storage ideas. And just look - no fear of losing views, I think you doubled or tripled what you normally got with unboxing - way to go!!!
The 1st thing you got rid of is the absolute best thing you had. My wife is obsessed with Nightmare Before Christmas. She has so much stuff from that movie it drives me crazy. I didn't know Disney pins was a thing, we're a Universal Studios family and we haven't been to Disney since we were little kids, so I never ran across them. I just happened across this video knowing nothing about Disney pins and saw the Nightmare puzzle and it's great. I can't believe anybody would wanna give those up or not like that movie. I showed it to her and now I've gotta start getting her Nightmare Before Christmas pins, but only those thank god because this looks crazy and I already collect sports cards and they take up enough room lol.
Great Video Becka the pins that definitely caught my eye were the little mermaid chaser pin of her coming out of the water in her blue sparkling dress 😍😍🙂👍🏻 And The Disney Hugs Lilo and Stitch 😉 Good luck with the rest of decluttering 😉👍🏻

You organized your pins so very nicely in your binder that they barely take up much space so you really should just keep them all. I can see about de-culturing big Disney items but pins do not take up much space. Also, Zootopia is my favorite Disney movie as well.
One thing that keeps me from buying and/or keeping things is asking a question my mom asks me and that is “do you love it?” If yes keep, any hesitation get rid of it. Can’t wait to watch the rest of your declutter your videos!

I refreshed youtube sooooo many times waiting for your declutter video. I'm so excited for this series (not just pins, but everything). I saw the Ariel Believe pin that I haven't managed to track down yet. Even though I'm doing a no/low buy year, I might cave and buy that one.
This is such a great video! I'm about to tackle downsizing my pins and you have inspired me. I like your choice of word 'decluttering' because it really calls it what it is and doesn't make you feel so bad. I will be using that. That hippo small world pin is amazing! Hippos are my favorite animal and sadly I can’t find that pin anywhere!

Oh my gosh this was so fun to watch! I have a very small collection of Disney pins (about 20 or so) but I love collecting Disney Princess pins, Alice, Haunted Mansion and Nightmare Before Christmas pins. It was nice to see the variety of pins out there! You have a ton of unique ones so it was really cool to watch this video. Thanks!
Good job Becka! You decluttered a lot of pins. There was a Dopey pin I would like. I like the attraction pins too but I believe you kept all of those. I would like a lady and the tramp pin. I am trying to get some pins that I can incorporate in my Disney scrapbook that I will be working on! Looking forward to more videos! 💜💜
I too am pursuing a full "KonMari"-esque declutter. I did one in 2017 but I wasn't as thorough with my stuff and am now more willing to part with things. I liked seeing what you were keeping, why you were keeping them, and what you decided to declutter. My husband even saw a pin you decided to declutter and asked me to keep a lookout for it. Also, I was eying those Christmas tsums. For years I have needed two to complete my set, so I'll be checking for those too! hehe. I'm on a Disney pin low-buy year. :)

I binge watch your videos all the time. I dont have pins yet because im going to disney for my very first time in October. I was supposed to go with my brother but he passed before we could it was our little thing that we would collect disney pins.
This year, I'm decluttering my disney's funkopops. I say... go ahead and declutter the aristocats puzzle pins set. Even though it is super cute!!

I don’t have as many pins but I’ve been decluttering as well, putting pins up for trade and getting pins that fit my collection more.

I actually got to see Peter and the Wolf when I was in school and that's how I was introduced to it and I have loved it ever since I am a music fan and also a huge classical music fan

I love love love the princess thrones & nesting dolls pins, all the Figaro pins (my fave too) and anything Oliver & Company, Aristocats & Aladdin, especially Rajah as well as the 'hug' pins - so cute. I got it from the library and have been listening to the audio version on the commute to and from work. Its eye opening and very interesting

Great job downsizing your pin collection! I have been looking for the Disney Skyliner Mickey and Minnie pin and would love to buy it from you! I fell in love with the skyliner on my December visit to the park. I spent a day resort and park hopping just so I could ride the skyliner! :) If you see this message and would like to declutter that pin quickly, I'm your girl!

So proud of you!! I know how hard it is to let go of stuff you have had for years... honestly I was depressed the first few days until I saw the complete result of letting go and all the hard work. It really is mentally freeing.
