Sir my father yesterday have sudden dizziness and vomiting ( actually dizziness from 2 days).and that time blood pressure was 160/90 .and feel unwell (indigestion like) but no chest pain like symptoms....then ecg was taken but it was normal.then our neighbour doctor said that it may be due to ENT problem then we visited ENT doctor and there doctor said mild to moderate S.N.H.L in both ear. And he prescribed STUGERON PLUS AND COGNIX PLUS TABLETS . Now what we have to do sir. We have to consult physician? Is there any need of echo and other test .?
Less chance of heart problem. Get echo and tmt done to rule out significant heart problem.

Sir mere father ki 2012 me bypaas surgery hui thi. uske baad se he's on regular heart medicines and doing pretty well. Last year unko pain hua tha chest me aur angiography krake pata chala ki bypaas arteries block ho gyi hai, only one main artery i.e LIMA to LAD is working. Surgeon jisne operation kia tha has asked not to worry, aur nayi medicines likhi hai. Now there are 2 questions
Q1. Should we consider him or go to another high consultation like in AIIMS or MEDANTA ?
Q2. Can we use generic medicines of same salt & compound as he prescribed because those medicines are very expensive ?

Sir, my mother had mild pain on Monday and we rushed to hospital and took ecg and other tests. ECG waa having t wave with slight inversion. After that we consulted a Dr and he did 2d Echo, but results were normal and no sign of clot with Good LV Function EF 58%. But in TMT test my mother could only walk for 2mins 11 sec which dr recommended not a good sign and suggested to do angiography to determine whether any sign of blockage or not. And her trygleceride is 417, so is there a chance of blockage. Also, should I go for the test, and if yes, then how soon we should do it?
