मेरा bp पिछले 28 सालों से कम ज्यादा हो रहा है। 240-120 और 110-65 तक कम ज्यादा होता रहा है। कुछ डॉक्टर हार्ट का प्रॉब्लम बताते हैं तो कुछ किडनी का। मेरा क्रिएटिनिन 01.72 है। मैं लंबे समय तक माइग्रेन से पीडित रहा और सिर दर्द कम करने के लिए पेनकिलर लेता रहा। मैं उचित मार्गदर्शन/सलाह चाहता हूँ।
