I had the exact same experience. I literally live 10 kilometers away from their outlet and I received the roses in a worse condition than yours in 10 days! You are right in saying that their packing is unprofessional and flimsy. I had a similar experience the first time I order from like you and I still went ahead and placed two orders! Serves me right! Sad to know that you had to go through the same thing as well.

They don't even listen to the feedback and send plants without tags. I'm never going to buy any plants from them.
