I bought THREE underhood lights .. ??

after I posted my video on the new underhood light that I purchased I was sent a few messages that caused me to do a little digging .. my digging led me to purchasing TWO more lights lol this is not some in depth comparison video but just showing that there was a cordless version of my original and also a completely different light for much cheaper as an alternative option for you guys !!

I hate that harbor freight light but for the price on sale I got it for $27 it does the job unfortunately it pisses me off it it's awkward and never stays in one spot the white outputs not great it's too bright it's not a warm light it's flimsy it feels cheap but it's cheap to afford

I no longer use these underhood lights as a head strap-on lamp is more convenient and more focused light to the area you are eorking on.

I have the harbor freight underhood light and it is just enough light to make you want a better one, the battery is very weak and the light output is good but only in a very narrow area. The sabre lights look much better and the cord is not going to be an issue for me thanks for the comparison.

I bought the same one and used it twice two days in a row. It sucks. It’s getting returned. Won’t even last for two hours both times. Says it will work for up to seven hours. Don’t see how?

You could fix that rotation with a weight. Just attach a weight to it so it balances facing the direction you want. Light to much weight on a wheel always falls to the bottom.

Hand down ATD 2000 lumen led light bar is the best its easy to hook up to any hood and you can angle the light in any direction. I work for Toyota dealership and all 40 tech uses the atd hood light. I'll never buy any other hood light.

I have the earlier version harbor freight had before the Braun it has lasted a good long time and for what you pay for it. It will take a beating. It is the same light as the Braun just a different color.
