it was my understanding that the egg does come out at some point with the shedding of the uterus, so he’s a little right. this is just what i thought but maybe i’m way off, they don’t teach us enough about our bodies lol
Technically it is related to the egg, the lining is only there in preparation for pregnancy so if the egg had been fertilized, the lining wouldn’t be shed and that’s why no period when ur pregnant. Periods are our punishment for not evolving with a designated mating season lmao
