you realy need it going in front of carb,, youl be loosing any chance of any boost through the carb and getting very little fuel no matter how much air you push into a manifold port
@slaughter420 waste of life if you want to see compressed air supercharging look It up its been done way back in the day legit drag car would come back to pit fill the tanks go for a run
Even though y'all have proven you don't know anything about engines or their fundamentals, you also proved you have a genuine interest in making it faster and a willingness to learn and test boundaries.
As many others have pointed out putting the air after the carb is not the way to do it. this is because the excess air pressure leaves through the carburetor meaning that air is not getting sucked into carburetor, but rather getting pushed out of it. The reason the engine was dying at first when you blew air into the carb was because the air was not getting blown in evenly. I believe that if you hook up the fan straight to the carburetor and make sure to seal it then you may get boost.
Hey mate, you need to have a blow through carb to turbo . Not a standard draw through. By pressurising the intake only you’re blowing air in reverse out of the carb. Keep up the content love it
I think the pressured air is fine as it is however because you used the tank and turbo fan it makes the fuel going into the cylinder more lean, maybe make the fuel mixture more rich.
A fuel needs to be pressured, i’ve seen dudes putting on turbo kits and everyone keeps saying that fuel needs to be pressurised, other words saying - boost needs to be on carb intake side, but fun video to watch, hope to see more!
Did you adjust the mix at all? By the way, if you do it with too much pressure on the intermediate piece (which is questionable anyway), you'll stop the mixture from getting into the cylinder
If you have the air coming after the carb it will loose vacuum to the carb and run lean. Thats why it runs so crappy and doesnt get more power. You need to also add fuel into the mix, the way you tried it in the video would never work, it needs to be a jet of fuel and not a big line of fuel just flooding the engine.
Well, the carburetor works on the principle of venturi effect. Which means fuel isn't pushed into a carburetor but rather pulled by the vaccum produced by the flow of the air. When you pushed more air after the carburetor then the vacuum in the carburetor decreases. Which means even less fuel intake. So you need to put that wannabe turbo directly on the intake side of the carburetor. After that you need more fuel too. Or you can use NOS. Which is basically the same thing. A portable boost tank..😊
i had this in mind and tried to look up if someone already did it. the thing is the blower's motor should be all in line with the carburetor and not a three way T channel. and try how to figure to sync the rpm of the motor with the speed or rpm of the engine.
I don't like to be the guy to tell you how to do stuff, but you need to put the turbo where the air filter is normally and put in larger jets to get the right afr because if you have more air you need more fuel as well
You must place the pipe in front of the air regulator's suction head, not in the middle of the gas transmission pipe. The wrong consistency will cause more air to be sucked in and more fuel to be sucked in, making it difficult to start the engine and not achieving high efficiency.
Your just leaning out the mixture adding air after the carburetor. And your need a lot more air and a boost referencing fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump.
давление надо было подавать со стороны воздушного фильтра, и также надо было открутить жеклер холостого хода, чтобы смеси было достаточно, но есть нюанс, мотоцикл будет работать только на подсосе, и только с надувом
There is pressurised air excaping which in return, will not allow for air to be pressurised into the intake. Idk might need a twin valve, so u can opnen to start bike and then close a bit just before forcing air in
Only possibility that you can gain power with compressed air in a carbutered system is that you must put compressed air in air intake of the carb like air filter side and it must be stable constant without any leaks and then tune your carbs air fuel ratio in this terms but it wont work without compressed air then with that settings you must choose. If your carb work with and without compressed air then you are also not gaining anything yo
Even normal bikes and manufacturers not using turbos on bikes because it has lags, although if you dont use egzoust gasses to compress the air you wont have lag yes
You need the suck side of the compressor connected to the carb and the push side of the compressor connected to the engine .... the compressor should sit between then carb and the engine That way it'll be draw through compressor ser up .
I like the American mind thinking "We need more pressure" "We need more that" "We need more this" And then u get Monster Trucks And as a person who hasnt really done much thing with engines but someone who is an engineer on their own, pushing the air after the carb will just end in failure.
Bruh, get some 1U server fans... Now those are the real deal, plus they work on 12V so you can power it from the bike battery. And have them set up so they only turn on at max acceleration.
Bro it needs to be in front of the carb so that the air can be mixed with fuel. That is the whole point of a carburator. Of course it wont run on pure air
Put the "turbo" directly onto the intake of the carb.
Edit: you should also make the fuel-air mixture richer
Yeah, before carb not after.
@@mauricio5763 after carb unless u want the boost to be useless haha

you pressuriced wrong side of the carb
I’m not the only one who wants to see him actually find a way to turbo it

Yes but how good r bad
Yes, yes it will, we used to inject it while riding when we were kids, like a redneck turbo and it actually works lol 😂

You should put a small eBay turbo on it’s that would be awesome
Like an rhb32?

add a pump sprayer for gasoline n bigger jets ! lol 😃👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Can't wait to see the nitros kit, I was gunna suggest it.

Maybe a bit of diesel mixed with gas and then compressed air

Good plan putting it after the carb, engines run great on air only. 🤣
Is that a crf100f 2013? If so I got the same thing for my first bike rn

You can't ask that 😅😂😂
Why?😂
You need a one way ball valve on your turbo line
you need to have the fuel go through the turbo into the bike
i had this in mind and tried to look up if someone already did it. the thing is the blower's motor should be all in line with the carburetor and not a three way T channel. and try how to figure to sync the rpm of the motor with the speed or rpm of the engine.
How to lean out your engine with this simple trick. Still cool they're doing this.
Cool vid :) do this to small cars.
I don't like to be the guy to tell you how to do stuff, but you need to put the turbo where the air filter is normally and put in larger jets to get the right afr because if you have more air you need more fuel as well
Id recommend getting a pumper carb, i doubt you can get enough fuel with the stock carb no matter how big of jets you go
Turbo needs to buld pressure boost like crazy before it boost the engine. All boost you need to make that bike boost would blow those hoses probbly.
Wow nice idea
1 hp added
10 kg added
Nice😂
I think you should Put this fan infront of the carburettor intake and increase mainjet and pilot jet size for better afr.
Lmao!!!! This is soo Hilariois, I’m in tears

Try running the bike on 31 octane fuel

Try spraying the starter fluid directly into the turbo fan
Connect the turbo from upside of hose pipe or exhaust gas
this is what kids do without adult supervision: real science

bro is really showing us how good hondas are lmfao
Adjust the idle screw for more air intake
you could try to make it a blow thru turbo
Once you think about it you have a kill switch if you take off the fan
You need a one way valve so the extra air is only added when the turbo is active
Edit: try using nitro methane or nitrous oxide
this is how hollywood thinks turbo works
(with the turbo button)
This guy was genius

Try to put the turbo in the midle from the carb to the intake because the metod you use it ruins the carburation for being to poor of gas
You’re messing up with the air fuel mixture 😭😭
you should buy pure oxygen in a tank and fill that portable one with it
he did it lol
yo need to drill the fuel nozzel spray bit
u want to adjust the fan to fuel ratio that's give batter result🥰
Spray the starter fluid directly into the turbo fan ....thats another option

Actually turbocharging was a Swiss idea
try to put a valve in the intake ,might help
you have a lot of air at once, it has to push the air gradually, as the sled needs, you can't push it so that the air is kneaded all at once
bro is whistlin diesel but better.
I can't believe that the "masters" can have 97 thousand subscribers
kurang boros lek😂
It needs a better seal and or an valve that opens when you activate it !
bro, just leave the carburetor half throttled
Why don't you spray the starter fluid in the fan
Try hairspray
Youll just be blowing air and fuel backwards through the carb. The wrong direction
idk man, maybe put it before the carb and not after also put an intercooler, you don't want hot air inside the engine
You should do a video of wearing weed goggles while riding the dirt bike
Is the fan actually powerful
Bro.. no one installing turbo after carb.. you need istall it before the carb ane tune it more fuel
You gotta get a hose to connect on the outside and then pressurize it
do that 2 stroke pipe and octane booster
Bruh, get some 1U server fans... Now those are the real deal, plus they work on 12V so you can power it from the bike battery. And have them set up so they only turn on at max acceleration.
Before carb and add a bigger fuel nozzle to the carb
Bro it needs to be in front of the carb so that the air can be mixed with fuel. That is the whole point of a carburator. Of course it wont run on pure air
that's why turbo kit is expensive LOL
where do i get one of these
DIY supercharger 😂😂😂
You need to make the thing you drilled longer
the pressure is going to exit thru the carburator
One way valve would help keep compression until you pump air in...
The way you did it I think you're engine will run too lean. I suggest put it on the intake of your carburator
