Valguero is one of my most favourite maps! Lots of memories, when I played with my friends. Now I'm going to revisit Valguero solo. And I have to admit, I'm not a native English speaker, but I understood every single word you said. You have quite specific accent, Bey, but your voice is warm and calm. If you ever make a two-hours-long video about ARK, I'm definitely gonna listen to this like an audiobook! :D

Thank you for this. It was incredibly helpful that you build foundations and platforms to give an indication of possible size of base and setup. As a beginner player I would have liked to have known the danger level of the area as well... all I've been told is beware of the Redwoods ☺
You're welcome! I'm glad it was helpful! Apologies for not mentioning the danger levels! Redwoods Is pretty dangerous yes haha! Too many dangerous creatures wanting to dismount you from your creatures 🤣definitely a tough area if not mid-late game! I would say 17, 15 are probably the least hostile locations but sadly most of the best locations will tend to be in more difficult areas, I do personally think it's best to have a challenge and build in the more dangerous areas as it's less effort to travel to find decent creatures to tame but ofcourse that does come at a risk 😁

I love all these locations, but I found one that me and my friend love. There is a massive ice cliff directly east of the blue obelisk, and I make a bunch of breeding, plus there is some water under the obelisk which gives you access to an easy farming and general stuffs water source. It also overlooks the double lakes, which are pretty deep and they make a good water animal breeding spot.

#15 (the river-lake) On the beach, there are dead beached dolphin spawns, which drop organic polymer.

Im trying to snuff out a rival tribe on valguero and i can freaking find them. Hopefully theyre in one of these spots.
You didn't mention these: my #1 favorite spot, just below and to the north of that enormous castle (#5 on your list) has 4 waterfalls in a lovely mountaintop valley. The shrine "for those who have ascended" is there. Just upriver, above the falls, is one entrance to the Ab area.
My #2 favorite spot is a really tall waterfall with many levels to build on, around 90-40, if I remember right (near the southern world border, in the middle of the map). Everything you love and hate about the redwoods are there. ;)
I did also like the spot with the shrine btw :D....both amazing locations!
I run a dedicated server for me and my friends here and I'm trying to build inside of the castle on number 11 does anyone know how I can enable it i can't build inside the portion that goes into the mountain
So does it not let you build inside the undercover/cave part?
@BEYPlaysGames correct it'll let me build anywhere else but not in that and I have build in caves pve setting turned on so I can build in them but it still won't let me and I can't figure out how to use admin commands on xbox even though I am a admin it just pops up to request admin and I can't type in the password or anything to use them I was gonna try using the console commands to allow me to but I can't even get the option to use them

I tried doing that and it's not flat. I use the same dimensions and it doesn't work
It just depends where you put the foundations, as it's not completely flat hence why it's not a perfect square shape, it just takes a little playing around with!
