I see you guys havent uploaded a video in a couple years. I hope you are all doing good still! I'm sure your talents are appreciated! This was a very good educational video about how these things are really made. Many others glorify it for the camera but this is obviously a real production facility where we get to see how you run your business. Very educational, thank you!

They all could be very sick or even dead from breathing in all that PVC dust and smoke without proper PPE. Looks like they are wearing regular masks that do not filter anything out

@@theshuman100 We use that exact same kind of pump on our barrels of lacquer thinner in our paint department. Considering I work for a global company that sells equipment in the 10's to 100's of thousands of dollars each... I'd say it's more of a "what it's used for" than anything else.
There are certain kinds of plastic and rubber that hold up ok for a limited time against l.t. so a solid metal pump is the best option.
$2 buckets, and cooking pans... So they should reinvent the tools and pay 1k each? What is this? NASA?
As for people wearing "slippers" the shoes are indicative of the people. In some places the workers would be wearing flip flops lol.
I wish my workplace allowed slippers.

What are the chemicals mixed with pvc ? Can you provide details ?
Dop is the liquid polymer which softens powder pvc.pvc is mixed with DOP and pigments and stabilizer s after that this thick solution is used to make articles.on drying DOP evaporates.

Mixing quantities
Sir,different product requires different soft and hardness and then the ration of mixture is different too.We had the list of the ingredient of mixture but quantity might need to adjust according to the final product.
