I got a fun one I like to use to make frosmoth good: Tera water frosmoth is a really good switch in revenge killer against special attacking fire types. Basically switch in on like a torkoal or typhlosion or whatever, tera water and quiver dance a couple times because the odds are that thing will not be able to kill you. Run like 212 speed on it so that after two quiver dances you outspeed almost everything that isn’t scarfed. Then run tera blast, ice beam, and giga drain for both recovery and coverage.
Ive been having a lot of fun with sallazle running Corrosion, red card, toxic spikes, poison gas, disable, venoshock. I outspeed and throw toxic spikes, you hit me and get switched out onto the hazard.

Haydunn please use my goated Hydreigon! It’s set is as follows. Sp Atk 252, Speed 252, timid nature. Moveset: Sub, Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot, Belch. Tera type: Poison, Item: Salac berry. This sweeper is meant to catch most hydra counters by surprise. It easy to setup subs on mons that love to come in and click fighting and fairy moves as Tera poison walls both well. Then you get up a plot and sub until your salac berry pops and you outspeed most of the meta and have a now stab 120 power poison move. Dark poison hits most of the meta hard and your counters become the hunted. The weakness is obviously priority moves but once their gone it’s turbo time. Poison has good synergy with levitate as it gives you one weakness and we all know no one’s clicking psychic moves against dark.
Physically eject 😂. Honestly I haven’t played a Pokémon game since Omega Ruby but I way your videos for entertainment. I’m happy my TH-cam algorithm bought me here

I actually thought of how to make it work too! If it's gonna be sweeping a team, that 4x weakness to Ground seems like a problem right? I made my Magnezone Tera Flying. I'm not sure what else to do with it to make it work, I'm no expert in Competitive Battles. 😅
Honestly give like 40 of its special attack to both of its defense stats (so 20 each) and Zebstrika would be amazing. It also needs a better move pool but I still love him so much though. Also they desperately need more physical electric moves at least one 80 base 100 percent accurate one
It does kinda feel like sap sipper should get boosted healing from grassy terrain or something, just judging from its name (though I don't know what its original Japanese name is)

i'm curious if you could do anything with chimecho? though the only things it has over cresselia is higher sp.atk and some possibly interesting move options at the loss of a lot of defenses baton pass - i mean with the below... cosmic power - could be paired with no weaknesses levitate tera electric and recover? but still very grasping at straws. could be paired with stored power also, but then cresselia can do the same thing with calm mind anyway curse which... there's better cursers and the best stab you got is zen headbutt draining kiss - could be useful? extrasensory - clearly getting flinches with 65 speed is better than psychic. i like extrasensory but come on heal bell - useful sometimes but super niche knock off - i guess if you're using a curse set this is good to add but like. Why psychic noise - sound move and preventing healing situational but could be helpful... snarl - not that strong but coverage + lowering sp.atk + cresselia gets no dark moves, though there's little dark would help with that shadow ball wouldn't yawn - forcing a switch or something gets stuck asleep wish - cresselia doesn't get this????????? wild disable, encore, imprison, taunt - useful (but niche for imprison) but better with prankster or speed astonish, charm, disarming voice, double-edge, entrainment, facade, fake tears, growl, healing wish, hyper voice, hypnosis, last resort, uproar, wrap - those i have nothing really to say about but listing in case of inspiration i am very much not a competitive player, but i'm wondering about these sets; psychic noise/yawn/recover/coverage w/ throat spray - tera fairy and draining kiss coverage could be good, might not need recover with that either but. psychic noise mostly for throat spray but the avoiding subs + heal block could be situationally useful too. soundproof doesn't seem to be that big of a problem at least baton pass/wish/stored power/(cosmic power/curse/calm mind) - tera elec for no weaknesses or another defensive, i don't know if no weaknesses is as useful as it sounds in competitive (i'm an smt player too, our weaknesses are more crippling) - probably custap berry for last second wish/baton pass? yawn/stored power/coverage/(cosmic power/calm mind) - sort of combo of the above. no throat spray or recover space, so probably draining kiss again (did i just check literally all chimecho's moveset on bulbapedia? yes) (do i have a problem? maybe) (but it's my best bet at getting some love for my little windchime dude) thanks for always having such fun combos. i swear half the time i see a video title, i think 'huh what could x mon be using here', and i then see a move i didn't consider and the realisation kicks in. and i didn't even know about the gravity/grav apple combo (in hindsight i should have guessed but i often forget gravity exists) it's always so cool seeing underappreciated mons getting some love. i hope you can come up with something for my dude but no worries if not :)

I think it's only parting shot that dark type negates don't quote me though 😂 that being said after making masterball rank for doubles this month I've put in over a 150 battles and seen some weird shit happen...in gen 7 sometimes my scrafty wouldn't get poisoned from toxic it would say it doesn't affect him 🤣 it's doing it again this gen alohan stall muk yesterday and a few days ago and i swear a incineroar was able to parting shot my scrafty in a recent battle 🤨 I know some of the battle meta hiccups from time to time ✌️
Prankster is blocked by single target non damage moves only. Gravity is a field effect, so it worked. Dark types block the single target moves not the field effect moves. So a move like Thunder Wave would be blocked but Gravity or lets say Sunny Day would not. That Dark type thing has never been a full block, it just happens to seem that way as most Prankster moves are single target.

It can be countered by a poison switch in, and then you poison gas or toxic spikes again.

You can affect yourself and the field with prankster. Moves that target the opponent do not work if they are dark type

That is an error many people make, Burn cuts Attack damage now so it will drop Body Press.
